This spacious 3-bedroom reverse-living home is conveniently located on the 7th fairway of Woodlands (North) Course. As you enter this home, you'll find a large light-filled living area with vaulted wood ceilings and views of the greens. Comfortable leather furnishings, a gas fireplace, and TV invite you to relax or gather around for game night at the game table.

Enjoy preparing all your family favorites in the well-stocked kitchen with a gas cooktop and stainless steel appliances. The adjacent dining room, with wet bar, seats 8, plus 4 more can sit comfortably at the kitchen counter.

If you need to get some work done amidst your R and R, you’ll find an inviting office space off the kitchen that doubles as an additional sleeping area with a pullout couch and large TV. A full bathroom is just across the hall.

Head downstairs to find all three bedrooms. Bedroom 1 is a queen suite with pleasant views and patio access to the hot tub, features a rock wall gas fireplace, walk-in closet, and large bathroom with dual soaking tub/shower combos and sinks. Bedroom 2 has 2 twin beds, and Bedroom 3 features a king bed with patio access and an attached bathroom.

Head out onto the back deck to enjoy your meal with a view or enjoy a cocktail with friends on the comfortable outdoor patio lounge surrounded by mature Aspen trees.

When you are ready to explore all that Sunriver has to offer, set off on foot or hop on one of the 4 adult bikes provided with this vacation rental. You will have no lack of adventure here - the fun at Fort Rock Park, The Village at Sunriver, acres of green fairways at the 2 award-winning Sunriver golf courses, horseback riding, and lazy summertime floats along the Deschutes River are all accessible within a few miles of this vacation home.

AGE RESTRICTIONS: Guests must be 23 years or older to rent Bennington homes and the person reserving must occupy the home the whole reservation.

Great stay

Awesome house with a great location. Plenty of room for my little family and my sister as well. The bikes were perfect and we loved using the hot tub. Check in and check out were super easy. Would definitely stay again :)

The house is very comfy. Furniture and dishes are kid friendly We enjoyed the gas fireplace and very comfortable beds. The master showers/baths where very hard to get into and we were afraid of slipping as we stepped down into them so we took showers in the guest bath

2 families had a great stay! Nice set up for big group, and house was very clean. Lovely deck and grassy area. Location is further away from the village, but it also made it feel quieter, which was nice! Bedrooms were comfy. Kitchen is more stocked than mine at home! Only complaint is the pull out couch mattress was bad (even for my 5 year olds standards), and we couldn’t locate extra sheets, blankets etc which would have been helpful.

Lovely place perfect for what we were looking for the biggest thing I did not like was it back to take control the heat and coolness from their office and whenever we got cold or hot I had to contact their office I did not like that

Getaway weekend

When we first arrived I was pleasantly surprised by how nice the property was. The well kept landscaping outside and cleanliness of home was a great way to start our long weekend. The home had everything we needed and the location was wonderful to make it easy getting around to golfing and dinners in Bend. I would recommend this property to all my friends and family.

Wonderful home!

We loved our stay in Sunriver! Bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. Had everything we needed. It is an older home and a little dated but very clean and well maintained. Our only complaint was that there’s only enough hot water for one person to shower. Everyone else gets a cold shower which wasn’t great. Otherwise it was a fantastic stay and we’d definitely stay again if we were in the area.

Great house and location!

We had a great time in this house! The location on the golf course is really good. The lot for the house is very well landscaped with front and rear grass. Most houses in Sunriver do not have grass. The house is well stocked including plenty of beach/outdoor chairs, bikes, and rafts/tubes. While it has not been recently updated, it is very well maintained. Our family would definitely stay here again.

Couples get-away

House is in a great location! The pros: Deck was perfect, kitchen was well stocked, all the games were super fun, and the extra fridge in garage was an added bonus! Cons: The home needs to be updated inside; there is just one king bed, not 2 as noted in the listing; the deck, hot tub area area and trash enclosure need to be cleaned; fans throughout the house all make a very loud sound when turned on; the two showers in the master suite are NOT safe for older people (a sunken shower with incredibly small stairs and no grab bar). Despite all of this we had a wonderful time!

Annual Family Sunriver Vacation

Great home, especially the deck looking out on the golf course. Very clean. No complaints , although we noticed the BBQ starter switch needs to be repaired and a wire brush for cleaning would be nice. The gutters need to be cleaned and a gutter did come down during a heavy rain storm.
