With one king suite, one queen suite, and a bedroom with two twin beds, this home is perfect for families. Excellent location just a short five minute walk to Folly Field beach. The condo is economically laid out making the most of the available space. Very convenient to have in-unit washer and dryer available. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, tableware, flatware, and other cooking utensils. Very family friendly. The communication leading up to our stay was thorough with clear instructions for the check-in and check-out process.

We walked in and turned around and left. As we entered we noticed the toilet was right there in the open with no door for privacy. This unit is nothing more than a small master bedroom sectioned off of the rest of the home with the entrance added to the bathroom, so if you needed the toilet and someone comes in, or needs to go outside, you are face to face while sitting on the toilet. The kitchenette was nothing more than a coat closet with a few small appliances stacked tightly on shelves and no table to sit at if you were to actually cook. Need to hang your clothes, well there's no place for that. The large refrigerator as described is actually a small dorm refrigerator. The free golf cart isn't free at all, you must jump through hoops and its just for a few hours. Roach traps in every corner suggest theres a problem with roaches. Oh, if you want to use the pool, be sure to let the owner know in advance so you can have your privacy as he lives there with his two daughters. Be warned.. Vrbo stands by this deceptive owner, his photos are close ups and in no way represent what your getting. I'm working on getting a full refund, and Vrbo so far has only offered a small refund.

Great stay on Folly Field Rd

This condo was wonderful. Recently redone porch. Plenty of good kitchen equipment. 5 min from the beach!Only issue (and it’s small). The fan remotes don’t work the light and fans separately. Would have been a bigger deal if it was hot. Should also check the mattress in master bedroom. It is awful soft. We rotated it and it helped some. May want to consider a new firmer mattress. Would definitely stay again. Thank you!

Spacious and Convenient

Our family enjoyed the condo for our Hilton Head weekend getaway. The bedrooms were all surprisingly spacious maximizing the square footage. The private outdoor patio space is a peaceful area to enjoy morning coffee and listen to the birds. Short walk to Folly Field or Dreisden beaches. Charming Downtown Bluffton and outlet store shopping are a short drive away.

Nice place to stay, location is awesome!

We stayed here for 2 nights and the house was nice and comfortable. It was exactly as shown in the pictures and walkable distance to the beach. I liked how everything was communicated properly including departure checklist. The only thing I noticed was that the stairs and upstairs floor was making creaking noises while walking, which was little annoying especially when someone is sleeping in the bedrooms. Apart from this minor issue, everything about this place is great, I highly recommend staying here.

Great stay with two teenagers

Stayed for a long weekend in July. This property is small but well-appointed with plenty of nooks and crannies, like the big walk-in closet in the master and the nice big master shower. The location is really ideal, a five minute walk to the beach parking lot, so we drove each day, unloaded, got set up and drove the car back to the parking lot and walked back. And we took advantage of all the goodies you get from Xplorie, including two chairs, a beach umbrella and two bikes. Three comfortable bedrooms was a perfect set up for our family with two kids, we would return 100%

Good place for pets

It’s a good property. It’s .3 miles to the boardwalk, but by the time you get to your umbrella, it’s a half mile of walking each direction to the beach. It’s an easy walk and the pathway is great.

Relaxing in Paradise

We enjoyed staying in this cozy villa for about 6 days. It was quiet, comfortable and everything we needed for our activities was readily available. I recommend that you book your next vacation at this location.

Perfect location and "friendly" villa

The villa was perfectly located just 5 minutes walk to the beach and 2 miles from grocery and shopping, perfect for biking everywhere. The place was clean and comfortable with a big table that fits us 6, well equipped kitchen and enough sofa for everybody to lounge. I appreciate that they were dogs friendly. Overall I am recommending this property and I will look forward to coming back again

Summer HH 5 day Visit

We had a really good time with our visit. The condo was perfect for the crowd we had (my wife and I with 3 adult kids and Zeke the dog). Walk to the beach was a little longer than we thought but not bad. Overall we loved our trip and would stay again.

Our Stay at 26 Stones Throw

We totally enjoyed our stay at 26 Stones Throw. The property was just as it was represented. There was plenty of space and it was well equipped for anything we needed. The walk to the beach was 5 minutes and the beach was beautiful. My grandchildren also enjoyed the pool. It was a fun week for us and our kids.

Perfect!

The condo was amazing. Perfect location to shops and restaurants. 3 minute walk to the beach. It was clean and comfortable. The property management company was so on top of everything that I didn’t have to lift a finger or think about anything. Amazing trip and I’m rebooking another trip in the next few months.

Bright and cheery

Cheerfully and fashionably decorated, very clean and well appointed Beach condo. Electric fireplace was a November treat! Owners are thoughtful of their guests’ needs. Very close to beach and everything you need, except a blow dryer. We will definitely will return!
