The property is located on the 2nd floor with elevator, its surface area of about 50m² will accommodate 4 people thanks to the two bedrooms. Private parking space. The apartment has been completely renovated, it is very bright, ideally located.
On the right of the entrance is the equipped kitchen (washing machine, kettle, plancha and raclette machine, Nespresso and filter coffee maker, toaster, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher...).
On the left, a first bedroom equipped with a bunk bed (2 x90). It is imperative not to exceed 50 kilos to sleep on the bed above (for safety reasons).
A corridor leads to the very bright living room in which you can eat (table and chairs available) and sit on the sofa. Television, internet, board games on site. You will access the balcony overlooking the Avenue de Paris. You can enjoy the beautiful sunny days (awning in place).
The second bedroom is equipped with a 140 bed (for 2 people). Accessible storage.
The bathroom (shower) has a single sink, heated towel rail, hairdryer.
Finally, the toilet is separate.
In the Pontaillac district you will find the Casino de Royan, restaurants, cafes, shops and above all beautiful walks to do by bike or on foot. The beach of Pontaillac is a 2-minute walk away, just cross the street.
Private parking space and bicycle room available in the residence. Travel cot and high chair on site.
Linen is not included in the price but can be provided according to your request and with supplement as well as made beds. Duvets and pillows available
WIFI is available (fiber), pets are not allowed. Smoking is forbidden in the property
Nocturnal disturbance is punishable by the intervention of the police. Internal rules requiring calm in the Residence from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
