conveniently located off 11 th street in town, in a quiet neighborhood just .5 miles to the beach, .6
miles to the nearest restaurant and 1 mile to shops. The upper-level private balcony is perfect
for sipping your morning coffee on the large front porch in the coastal breeze or relax in the
afternoon shade. Have a larger group coming with you? You can also rent the home right next door which is a 6 bedroom 3 bath home. This home will be ready mid April 2022.
Upon entering this home, you are greeted with coastal decor and an open airy feel. The fully
stocked kitchen is perfect for your culinary needs with stainless steel appliances, counter tops, 2
metal racks to store your personal items, and stocked with dishes, pots, pans, and utensils. Also
has Ninja blender and Keurig Duo coffee maker.  Savor your meals at the dining room table with
seating for six. Unwind and catch your favorite sports team or a movie on the wall mounted Big
Screen TV while sitting on either of the two couches or accent chair. For your viewing pleasure,
this home is equipped with smart TV’s, cable, Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, Amazon prime. The family room has a 70” TV. Enjoy the convenience of a washer and dryer tucked
neatly in a hall closet. The bunk room (BR1) Has 4 twin beds bunkbed style and a closet.  The
guest bedroom (BR2) has a queen bed, night stand, closet, and a wall-mounted 50”TV. The
master bedroom (BR3) consists of a king bed, two nightstands, a large closet, and a wall-
mounted 50”TV. The king bathroom is large enough for two people to get ready with double
vanities and a large walk-in shower with a glass door enclosure. There is also a handicapped
rail next to the toilet. The bunk room and guest room share a hall bathroom comprised of a
vanity and a tub /shower combination.
There is a large FUN ZONE game room downstairs which can be open for a breeze or enclosed
and has a half bath. The game room has a 50” TV and lots of games to choose from including:
a JOOLA Pro ping-pong table, foosball, jumbo connect four, jumbo Jenga, croquet, ring toss,
horseshoes, cornhole, Kubb yard game set, bottle disc toss game and more than 100 of your
favorite board games. There is also a picnic table with ample extra chairs for seating, a
commercial ice machine, and a jumbo fan to keep you cool while enjoying time with your family
and friends. There is also a picnic table outside and a smoker-grill. Next door lot is available for

The gate to the shared pool is less than 100 feet away but are still far enough away that the
noise should not be a bother. This home is centrally located to downtown off of 11 th street. There is parking for watercraft or vehicles under the porch and in the driveway. Also, the HOA
provides an extra overflow parking lot within 100 feet.  There is no parking allowed on the street.
