Relax with your family/Friends at this Exclusive Private Community in a one of a kind peaceful pool side Estate property when you stay at this Beautiful 2 Bed, 2 Bath, 2 Car Garage Stunning Cul-de-sac property part of a 2 acres Estate in the Private Woodland Water Community! 10 minutes from Weeki Wachee Springs, Pine Island Beach Park, World Wood Golf Club, River, Boat Ramp, Silverthorne Country Club

Please note that you are renting a Flat/Inlaw Apartment House that's a 2bed, 2bath, 2 car garage, kitchen Flat/Inlaw building with 2 separate entrance, it's own HVAC, backup generator all separate and nothing is shared with main house on the property.

Please note this property is fully fenced and gated with your private four digit security pin to enter at the gate entrance access with a 24/7 video/audio and an unmornitored alarm security system protecting the exterior of the building for added security and peace of mind for our guests. Furthermore these security monitors and safety devices are located at the building exteriors only and not interior to the building to protect our guests privacy.

Please note owner lives in the main house which separate from the Flat and nothing is share except for the pool that's located at the back of the main house

Owner lives in the main house that's a separate 6 bedroom 4 bathrooms all on the same 2 acres property.

The Inlaw Flat is connected to the main house by a single wall but neither the Flat on the main house is accessible through the shared was so no worries.

By renting the Inlaw Flat house you will have complete control and access of the Inlaw Flat house without interpretation because the inlaw Flat is completely self sustained and doesn't share anything with the main house.

You Privacy, safety and comfort is the top priority when you rent this property and it doesn't hurt that the property owners are near by to help ensure you have wonderful and relaxing stay.

Great atmosphere and location. Where this home is located you will have access to pretty much anything Florida has to offer. Although our hosts were on the grounds, we never saw them and they were excellent with their communication.

Great location

Perfect place if you want to be closer to the city but not in the city. We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and loved exploring the area. The home was clean and Perfect for our quick stay.

Loved, loved, loved our stay!

Charles and Cristina are excellent hosts very inviting, if we needed something they were right there. The yard is beautiful, our pup enjoyed the space to run. The pool area is stunning. We will be going back.

Lovely accommodation

Just returned from a thoroughly delightful stay. Very clean, comfortable and completely equipped spacious lodging, perfect for a very relaxing stay. The unit is in a very quiet neighborhood and includes a two-car garage. Highly recommended.

Lovely property

This was our second stay at this VRBO home. It is clean and quiet. So nice to have a washer and dryer to use in addition to kitchen appliances. We have booked another stay in a few months.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. Communication was great, every question and request were answered promptly. Everything was great. Only one tiny nit pick: from the listing it wasn't clear the location of house and the pool. The pool turned out to be fairly far away

Absolutely perfect

We spent from wed-Sunday at this gorgeous home. Every aspect of planning this trip was seamless. We celebrated our adult daughter’s birthday with 2 grandchildren and towards the end of our stay were joined by my sister and her 2 grandbabies. There was plenty of space and we enjoyed a birthday Barbque! It was nice to be able to do our laundry and at the end of each day to enjoy the beautiful pool. It was the perfect distance to Weeki Wachee and some of the other sights we wished to enjoy. We can’t recommend this VRBO enough and the warm reception we received from Charles and Cristina was the icing on the cake (and yes there was cake).

Awesome kayaking base camp

We were looking for a centralized location for kayaking Weeki Wachee spring run ( a couple miles south) and Three Sisters spring (just north a few miles) in Crystal River. This property fit the bill perfectly. The property is a very spacious in-law suite adjacent to the main house (separated by the main garage) in a very nice neighborhood. The master bedroom has 2 twin beds in a trundle arrangement ( which may be changed to a queen soon), large screen TV, and a beautiful master bath. Bedroom 2 has a unique bunk arrangement that sleeps 3. The kitchen is beautiful, and fully equipped for cooking , even including a keurig and conventional coffee machine (complimentary keurig style pods were included). a large table and chairs is adjacent to kitchen. A centrally located second bathroom with tub is just off the dining area. The living room was spacious with seating for 5 and one of the couches converts to a bed, however we did not use it. A large screen TV was also in the living room. The wifi and internet was very good and allowed us to plan for our day. Just outside the living room is a screened porch to relax outside. Good place to enjoy a cup of coffee. The main house has a large wonderful screened pool that was available for use during our stay. The kids really enjoyed it. A big benefit to our stay was the large 2 car garage, attached to the suite, that we parked our truck and kayak trailer in between trips. A Publix, Suntrust, Pizza restaurant is close by. Other chains can be found just north or south a mile or 2. We recommend going to Hudson Beach on Clark st to the south a few miles for a great view of the sunset, and maybe an ice cream cone at the Hudson beach ice cream parlor also on Clark street. A big thanks for the great hospitality from the owners Charles, Christina, and Aade. One of our best VRBO stays for sure.

Wonderful hosts and a great neighbourhood!

This was a beautiful place with a wonderful pool to enjoy. The neighbourhood is quiet and filled with friendly neighbours. This shared space is so private and if you need anything the hosts are next door, very willing to accommodate you to ensure your stay is special. The fenced yard off the lanai is an added bonus for dogs. We really enjoyed our stay at Sand Pines Court! Highly recommended!

Lovely property

This was our first VRBO booking. We were delighted to find a property very close to our relatives’ home. It was a work trip for us, so we didn’t have time to explore the area. It was nice to have a quiet, clean, comfortable place to spend the night after a long hard day. The flat had every amenity we could ask for. We hope to be able to book this property again.
