Ski in/ski out condo at base of Stratton village

Welcome to our Stratton condo! We bought this condo in 2020, and started renovations last summer- we replaced all the tile and carpeting, renovated the kitchen and master bathroom, and added new furniture including a pull out sofa in the living room.

We recently converted our condo into a three bedroom. One bedroom with a queen bed, the other has a twin over twin bunk and full over full bunk bed. Twin pull out (new) in the master bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa (new) in the living room offer plenty of sleeping options. Please note: children under 120lb only on top bunks. All three bedrooms have flat screen TVs.

The condo faces the mountain/chairlift and is a short walk to village for shopping and dining. Park your car and relax for the weekend- no shuttles or parking lot nightmares, no fighting for a table in the lodge.

Our unit is at ground level so you can ski or board to the back door and leave your skis/boards on the back deck. At the end of the day hang everything on the wall, and enjoy the wood burning fireplace. Boot dryers are also available as is laundry in the unit. We have plenty of board games and puzzles available. Free firewood is available in the entrance of our building.

The condo is set up for families but please watch small children as there is no childproofing. Our three children love the proximity to the ski lift and walks to the candy store in town.

Please note that you will have to enter the condo to pick up the parking pass before you can get through the gate. Directions will be sent out a few days before.

Perfect for Skiers!

This condo was the perfect spot for a ski getaway! Just a few steps from the ski lift, it made hitting the slopes incredibly convenient. The space was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a cozy stay. The host was responsive and helpful, making check-in and check-out a breeze. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a hassle-free ski trip. Would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful Stay

We had such a lovely stay at this condo with our family. The location is a perfect short walk to Stratton Village. The condo itself is beautifully decorated and has anything you could possibly need. We will definitely be coming back here to stay!

Great Location and Accommodating Hosts

We couldn’t have had a better time staying here! The house is literally right next to the Villager chair lift, and at the entrance to the Village. The hosts were super accommodating and easy to communicate with. We can’t wait to stay here again!

Perfect Stratton Stay!

We had a fantastic stay at this condo! The condo was wonderfully appointed with everything needed along with some special touches to make for a comfortable stay. The location is slop side and a very short walk to Stratton Village. Jill was an amazing host to communicate with and we will absolutely be returning for a stay in the future!

Enjoyable return to a lovely property

We stayed at this property last summer, and enjoyed it so much that we decided to return again this year. Everything was as clean, convenient and pleasant as we remembered it. The condo was a good size, with a well equipped kitchen, bathrooms and even entertainment items like games. Highly recommended for couples and families.

Wonderful Stratton Condo!

We had a fantastic week at Stratton and felt right at home in this lovely condo! We truly felt like guests with all the comforts of home and the location is awesome, walk right out to the lift and have your feet up in minutes at the end of the day. Walked to dinner in the Vaillage every night, so convenient!

Great place, great location

This place was a wonderful getaway for our family of 4. The location was great; right at the base of the chairlift and a short walk into the village. Jill was a pleasure to deal with, and the condo was stocked with all sorts of essential items that you don't normally find in a rental. We really felt that they lent their home to us and not just a rental. We hope to stay there again in the future.

We had a great time at Stratton! This property is a true ski in/ski out and in a great location. The kitchen is perfectly stocked for staying in and cooking for the whole family. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and plenty of games to play at night. Would definitely come back!!

Really nice renovated 3 bedroom condo. Great location- short walk to village and ski-in/ski-out. Condo was very clean and had all the amenities you need. Kitchen was fully stocked. Great communication from the owners. Would highly recommend!

Great stay in perfectly located condo for Stratton Tough Mudder event. The residence was located on a 3 minute walk to all the great restaurants and Stratton Village which made it a treat after climbing up/down the mountain terrain 😅 I highly recommend the off season stay, even to just enjoy the surroundings!

Perfect for our family of 4

This property was an ideal set-up for a short family ski trip with 2 young teens: - Very spacious, clean and comfortable - Plenty of new amenities, kitchen, appliances, comfortable beds - Quick walk to slopes and the Village Parking, checking- in, loading and unloading all our ski gear was hassle-free. Jill is very attentive in ensuring guests have an enjoyable stay. We had so much fun at Stratton, and are looking forward to our next stay.

The condo was immaculately clean and very well stocked-from cozy towels and linens to the ideal set up kitchen. Beds were super comfy as was the LR sofas. Location was ideal with just a short walk to the Village and the building was in a quiet location-total ski on ski off. We will return.

Wonderful Condo / Great Location

Jill's condo had everything we needed for an extra long weekend ski trip - the place was stocked with all the amenities you would need, from kitchen to bathroom, to ski gear storage. They even had a snow shovel, which ended up being a godsend since the car got snowed in with 28". The bunk room was perfect for our kids and the overall setup was great for getting everyone ready to hit the slopes. We all had a wonderful time and plan to book again.

Perfect ski in/ski out in Mountain Watch

The Drucker Family’s condo was beautifully decorated and had everything from cooking essentials to games, books, ski racks and even boot warmers. With 22 inches of snow we still had easy access to the Villager lift and rest of the mountain. We loved hanging out on the porch for lunch in between runs. Didn’t want to leave and hoping to come back!

Great Stratton Getaway

We had a fantastic time renting this property. The home was super clean, loved the heated floors in the bathroom! Our kids loved the double bunk room and the home was stocked with games and activities for them. Also, in an amazing location right outside of the Village Lift. So convenient for our kids to walk right up the hill, hop on the lift and shoot over to the main base area. Owners were very responsive and accommodating. It was our first time skiing Stratton so had a ton of questions and Jill was super helpful. Would highly recommend!

worth the expense!

We travelled to Vermont for a quick snowboarding weekend. The condo is fully stocked, immaculate and just lovely. The beds were very comfortable with amazing pillows. The layout is great - my husband and I stayed in the master bedroom while the kids stayed on the other side of the condo. My kids loved the bunk bed room and my nephew was excited to have his own queen room! Having two bathrooms worked great for us too. The master bath had heated floors! Its the little things people!! The kitchen was fully stocked. Brand new pots and pans, lots of dishes, cups, utensils, staple spices, britta, etc. They even had tea! I'm not a coffee drinker and had forgotten my teas at home but was happily surprised when I saw several tea boxes in the kitchen cabinet! Great location too. Kids loved snowboarding back for lunch. Apres ski included sledding right outside the condo! Kids even made a snowman. They had a couple of boot dryers which was really essential. Overall we had a wonderful trip. Jill was very responsive to all my questions and gave descriptive check-in instructions. Highly recommend! We will absolutely be back!

We are a family of five with three young children who resides in Westchester county, NY and loves our weekends away in Vermont.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

We have loved skiing at Stratton over the years and all of our children learned to ski here (the youngest starting at age 2!) We decided to purchase a condo so we could come visit more often and enjoy the Vermont lifestyle. The condo needed a little TLC but being in Mountain Watch at the base of the village and chairlift was pure perfection.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

We love watching the snowcat out our window in the mornings. We also love hiking up the mountain after the lifts close and watching the sunset. Our kids love sitting at the counter and making fondue after skiing, as well as playing board games by the fire at night.
