Enjoyed and loved my stay with my hubby. Great location and very cozy. The surrounding areas had lots of places to eat and walking distance to the beach. I give this Airbnb a 100/100. Will definitely be back and recommend to family and friends traveling to PR.

Great Spot, Great Host

Its definitely a cozy spot but had everything you need. Great communication from the host. Walking distance to the beach and numerous restaurants, cafes and bars.

Absolutely amazing stay! It was super comfortable, conveniently located right by the beach!!! Tammy is awesome! She gave us the scoop on many cool places to check out during our visit. I will definitely rebook with her when i come back! A MUST STAY!!

Great place for the budget traveler.. Tammy was a great host even though we were only staying for only one day she gave us a VIP experience, the place is pretty much across the street from the beach and plenty of eateries in the area.. I would suggest messaging her a few days before the arrival.. She will have everything ready for you.. Great host

Great place, location and experience

Clean, quiet and affordable. Tammy, the host, is great. She waited up late to make sure I got checked in okay and was very helpful my entire trip. One block from the beach and private porch. Great experience and will definitely return.

Very cute, beach right across the street, with a bunch of places to eat and drink right around the corner. Host Tamara was super friendly and helpful! She organized a tour to the waterfalls and a ride back to San Juan.

Super cute

I really enjoyed staying here during my vacation. The unit was so close to the beach it was super easy to access and Tamara was a magnificent host. Next time I go back to aguadilla I will be booking here again. I really appreciate the hospitality and all the stuff she has to offer to make your stay easier. Definitely worth it in every way possible.

Excellent spot, very clean. As close to the beach as you can get. Fresh renovation. Good A/C, hot water and internet was fastest I have experienced in PR. Will return!

Not luxury but worked well.

A good budget stay. The advertisement uses the word "luxury". It's "basic". Nothing luxury about it but in a decent overall location but any rough neighborhood.

Lack of hospitality ,unprofessional Host..

(1) I did not receive a pin from Host to access room in a timely fashion, (2) Host gave me the incorrect name of the place. (3) when the Host and I finally communicated it was approx 2 hrs after check in time. the host was not interested in listening to my concerns and issues. she overtook the conversation was rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. The Host said to me " do what's best for you, if your not happy you can leave and I will give you a full refund once I see you in the cameras leave the premises." This occurred on the June 13,2025 and as of yet I have not received my full refund despite several calls to VRBO and a conversation with a customer service Supervisor of VRBO

Extremely flexible!

When originally made the reservations I mistakenly made them to begin one day later than we needed. I messaged Tammy and she was able to get us in another room the first night. When we arrived I realized I had reserved the wrong room. I needed at least 2 bedrooms and I had reserved a single room. I went back to the website and although the listing was a bit confusing if I had scrolled down I would have noticed there were other choices. Long story short, Tammy was able to get us into the 3 bedroom apartment. The apartment was very nice and the beds were comfortable. Tammy is a great communicator.

Cozy Corner Apartment in Puerto Rico

This little spot was perfect for my husband and I to stay for our week exploring the island. Cute and super clean! Locking security doors, coffee maker, mini fridge, great Wifi, outdoor shower, beach gear and games available for use! Located in a pretty quiet little neighborhood, but just a short walk to some great little beach bars and food spots! It was seriously a short walk to a nice little local beach with clear water! It’s a great location close to so many things to go do and explore! The more well known beaches are a pretty short drive, as is the mall, and the tree house, Crash Boat Beach, and the train tunnel!! Tammy was the best host!! She was always available and knowledgeable. She was friendly and down to earth! And she made sure we knew how to find all the things to help make our Anniversary trip perfect!! She had our room made super cute! She left us local treats, and met us at the door, even though our plane was 2 hours late getting there! She definitely made us feel at home❤️ We will definitely be booking here again next year!!

THE OWNER'S POSTING IS FRAUDULENT SO BEWARE. It's a "converted" garage with a bed, toilet & shower (the mattress is what you'd find in a child's crib--2-3 inches thick and definitely not "orthopedic" as the owner claims). When you sit on the mattress, it compresses down to nothing so you can feel things poking you (slats? bedspring? who knows! It was so awful we left after 4 minutes). IT'S ALSO CREEPY AS HELL AS YOU WOULD EXPECT FROM A LITERAL GARAGE. I put "converted" in quotes because for all I know the garage door is operational. I wasn't waiting around to find out because THIS PLACE IS A DATELINE EPISODE WAITING TO HAPPEN. I do NOT want Keith Morrison narrating my murder in someone's garage so we got the hell out. The big, black industrial track for an operational garage door is still on the ceiling. We couldn't see if there was a garage door on the other side because the owner placed a massive dresser in front of where the garage door would be, hung a curtain behind the dresser, and when you pull back the curtain all you see is a shelving unit like you'd find in a working garage. This place wasn't renovated into some luxury unit. For all I know, they didn't do anything to remove any chemicals or oil that might have spilled. I doubt a contractor was hired. I doubt there were permits/inspection. The owner was a nightmare (to the poor VRBO agent too). No linens. A single tiny window near the ceiling. Wouldn't issue a refund. I suspect her friends wrote the other reviews.
