Such a comfortable home! We slept so good every night and felt very safe. The basement suite was amazing and the game room so fun. The home had absolutely everything we needed! Hosts were very helpful and such a delight to communicate with. All info was helpful and timely. Will book this home again!

This is a beautiful show home! Perfect for wedding pictures etc, but for our family stay for Thanksgiving it was a little difficult as couches and furnishings were so fancy. No fault of the home or owner....everything was really beautiful! Just a little too much for what we were needing. Sheryl was an awesome owner, responded immediately and went above and beyond to meet our needs!

Last minute save for friends weekend

My friends and i were able to reserve this home last minute when our previous reservation seemingly had not been managing their proprty well. The home was gorgeous and had plenty of space for us. It was close to supermarkets and coffee for food and energy and was in a very nice neighborhood. Overall i would recommend

Expectations exceeded

Our stay at this stunning Commerce City home was absolutely exceptional – a true five-star experience from start to finish! From the moment we pulled up, we knew we'd found something special.The house itself is even more beautiful than the photos. It was immaculately clean, wonderfully spacious, and decorated with such thoughtful attention to detail. Every room felt welcoming and luxurious, and the beds were incredibly comfortable, guaranteeing a great night's sleep for everyone in our group.The amenities were top-notch. The well-equipped kitchen made cooking a breeze. the kitchen was our favorite spot for evening gatherings. We truly felt like we had everything we could possibly need and more.The location was also fantastic, conveniently close to local grocery stores and shopping but still felt private and peaceful.Finally, and perhaps most importantly, the communication with the host, Sheryl Albright was outstanding. They were incredibly responsive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect.Their local recommendations were invaluable, and they made us feel truly cared for.We've stayed in many rental homes over the years, and this one truly stands out as a cut above the rest. We can't recommend it highly enough and are already dreaming of our next visit! Thank you for an unforgettable stay!

House rules not explained up front

The pictures of the house are accurate. The description is a little misleading. We picked Sheryl's house because between the formal dining room & kitchen table there was going to be enough seating for everyone(we had 8 adults & 2 kids). We also had someone in our group who is a wonderful piano player & was very excited to play for us. When we arrived the house rules stated no playing the piano or using the formal dining room unless you had prior approval. There wasn't a password listed for the wifi. I called Sheryl and never heard back. Also the listing stated the pantry is stocked with snack & food items. The pantry was locked. Thank God I brought some salt & pepper as there were no spices, cooking oil, or anything except the pots and pans. One of grills out back was dirty with dried food. The 3 tv's didn't work. Sheryl did call me after we had been checked in for almost 24hrs and gave me a little trick to get the downstairs tv working. Lastly, there is central air conditioning but the unit isn't large enough to cool the top floor. It was 93 the 2 days we were in Denver, but the unit never sufficiently cooled the top floor where it would be comfortable to sleep.

Beautiful Place

This is a beautiful home. The pictures doesn't do it justice. Sheryl is a great host, she takes great care of her guests and is very responsive. Whatever we needed during our stay, she provided. Truly grateful that we got to stay at such an impressive house.

No working TVs or air conditioning

The tubs don’t drain while showering. The dishwasher smelled like there was garbage in it. The smell comes out from the sink. Dead bugs in the upstairs shower. No working TVs and no air conditioning. Advertised a pool table in the basement but had broken pool cues. We had to go buy one. Furniture is uncomfortable. I would not recommend. Asked for a partial refund as was ignored.
