Termino Beach House Retreat with Hot Tub and Garden

Beach Style Guest House in Forest Hill. This property has a shared patio space with an outdoor bed, an outdoor dining table, garden and a hot tub! Perfect location, this house is close to USF (15 min), Busch Gardens/Adventure Island (10 min), Clearwater Beach (45 min), Raymond James Stadium (20 min), TPA (20 min), downtown Tampa (20 min), Ybor (20 min), and Disney (1.5 hr). We have boat parking as well. Please let us know if you have questions or if we can do anything to improve your stay.

We have a queen bed and a sofa bed that is a little smaller than a queen but larger than a full. The exact dimensions of the sofa bed are 56 3/4” x 78 3/8”. This makes our space perfect for couples or small families. We also allow you to bring your pet. We have a good sized fenced lawn for your dog to run around and enjoy the vacation too. House also has a little kitchenette with a smaller size fridge, microwave, toaster, hot plate, and Keurig. You can also use the outdoor grill to prepare food.

The neighborhood has some stray cats. Please be aware and cautious. We have never had a problem with them and typically they are scared of humans.

I recommend having a car during your trip. We are close to a lot of attractions, however due to the lack of local transit it is extremely difficult to get around without a car. We have parking for up to 2 cars. Please let us know if you would like to bring more cars and we can work to accommodate your request.

House Rules

-Be aware that the neighborhood has some stray cats. These stray cats sometimes like to hang out on the property. We have never had a problem with them but you should be aware.
-No parties or any large events. No exceptions.
-We do have security cameras on the property for the safety and security of our home and guests. They are NOT monitored and are only checked in the event of a problem or incident.
-This is quiet residential neighborhood. Please be respectful of all neighbors. Quiet hours in Tampa are 10pm-7am.
-Smoking is permitted outside. No smoking or vaping inside. A $250 fine will apply for any violation.
-Please no open flames.
-No illegal activity, illegal or controlled substances of any kind on/in the property.
-Guests are able to bring their pet. Please be aware, you are liable for any damage your pet causes. There is a fenced yard, however we are not responsible for your pet if he/she was to escape. Additionally, we have stray cats in the neighborhood, please be careful. Lastly, please always clean up your pet’s business immediately.
-Please do not use any spray tan products on the property. They stain the walls, shower, and sheets.
-No eating or food in bed. This brings unwanted guests.
-Please close the doors when not in use. Mosquitos and other insects will enter the house.
-Please clean all dishes prior to check out.
-Any excessive mess, that requires additional cleaning beyond what is expected, will incur an additional cleaning fee of $150.
-Early/Late Check In/Out request. Please reach out before arriving if you would like to check in early or check out late. We will do our best to accommodate your request. Although we would like to accept any request you may have, we do have other guests we need to keep in mind, as well as housekeeping. Please adhere to the agreed upon check in/check out time. If you check out more than 30 minutes late a $50 fee will be applied. If you check out 2 hours or more late you will be charged for another day. This additional day does not give you the right to stay the additional day, this is simply a fee.
-We do have parking for a boat if necessary. Please reach out if you would like to park/bring a boat during your trip.
