This modern farmhouse, built on a working family farm, is minutes from watersports and nature trails, a 20 minute drive to nearby Springs and the crystal clear Ichetucknee River, and only 30 minutes from Gainesville and Lake City.

We are closely located to many local wedding venues: (7-20 minutes based on distance)
Pine Grove Barns - 5.3 miles
C Bar Ranch and Organics - 10.5 miles
Valley View - 11.6 miles
Belle Oaks Barn - 13.8 miles
The Barn at Rembert Farms 16.3 miles

While at home, pick fresh produce (when in season), hunt the elusive Osceola Wild Turkey (also when in season), stargaze with practically no light pollution, and let the kids run with the dog around the fenced in yard.

This was the perfect place for the girls days away from our lives. We met in the middle and this house was perfect for us. Everything was clean and we had what we needed for a great 4 days.

The property is awesome for the quiet location, we loved the fenced in back yard for our fur baby. The property was perfect in every way except the shower head in the hall bathroom, the water stream felt like needles and the water stung.

Country life with small town conveniences

The house is in a peaceful location with easy access to town. The house is well furnished, comfortable, and spacious. Plenty of fenced backyard and open front yard space for children or dogs to run and play. Enjoyed the screen porch for morning coffee or late afternoon relaxing. Less than 10 minutes to stores, gas stations and other conveniences. The neighbors were friendly and helpful! There were farm animals and wildlife all around to enjoy.

Restful Perfection

I wanted a Holiday getaway for me, my best friend and my senior dog Stella to enjoy just catching up and relaxing. This property nailed it. We had everything we could possibly need. The property was clean and the towels and bedding were top notch. The fenced in back yard was a real plus as well. The area is so beautiful and close to everything. Lake City and Gainesville are only a 25 min drive thru some of the prettiest county side you will ever see in NE Florida. We will be back!!

We had a wonderful experience while at Will and Shannon’s property. Any concerns were promptly addressed. We made friends with the Dukes next door and hope to return next year.

Lake Butler

This property had everything we needed for our stay. There were just 2 of us but the property would nicely accommodate a family with children as the 2 bedrooms we did not use had bunk beds. The property is remote but we were able to visit a number of sites that we really enjoyed with a little drive. The historical museum and butterfly rainforest as well as Devil’s Millhopper State park in Gainesville are a must see. I would skip going to the Jacksonville zoo.

Perfect for us.

Excellent location, private, plenty of yard room for our standard poodle, everything to cook your meals, and great water pressure. Washer and dryer are a plus. Would recommend/ Stay again.

Nice and Quiet

The house was great. We stayed there for a BMX weekend at High Springs BMX. Plenty of room and better than staying in a hotel. My kids loved the beds with legos it made their day.

Great central location

This is a great 3 bed room house that accommodate our family of 7 great. We used the house as a home base for vacation and did day trips to st Augustine and wild adventures. Didn’t get to stay as long as we had reserved because of a friend passing away. Will definitely stay again.

House is located away from the noise of any city. It's very relaxing. Checking in is super easy. If we needed to contact the owner, they were readily available. Just an overall amazing stay.

The house was spotless, super clean. Very comfortable place, nice rooms, well equipped. Surrounding are quiet and overrall experience was great. We loved staying there and definitely recommend the place

Weekend trip

We stayed at this property for a competition in Lake City. The property was perfect for what we needed and very spacious! It was super clean and well kept, as well as pet friendly. The yard is fenced and very large too! We would definitely stay again :)
