Nature Lodge - Dreamer - with Hiwassee River Access
Enjoy the drive along the historic Hiwassee river down a picturesque country road to a brand new 3 bedroom suite in our beautiful nature lodge.
The master suite contains a King bed, bathroom and private veranda where you can drink your morning coffee and watch the world of nature in the fields below. Bedroom 2 contains a queen bed and another veranda with equally beautiful views. Bedroom 3 contains two twin beds with the same beautiful view out the windows. A full sized kitchen including a Keurig Coffee maker, dining area, sitting area (with 55” TV), and secondary bathroom with a beautiful tile shower rounds out the rooms. In case you want to remain at least somewhat connected with the outside world, we made sure to include good quality Internet access! Everything up to 6 people need to live in complete roomy comfort can be found here. NO CLENING FEES!
In addition to the unit itself, our lodge has an upstairs work space, and a full lobby downstairs - a great place to hang out with others in your group or perhaps to meet new friends.
Liability Waiver:
You understand that swimming, hiking and the use of trails are at your own risk and that special risks may be involved with swimming, hiking and using the trails. You accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from swimming, hiking and use of the trails and hold the owner harmless. You understand there are potential dangers that swimming, hiking and the use of trails may present to children who are not carefully supervised, as well as the danger to any person swimming, hiking or using the trails if a person has health risks, or if a person swims, hikes or uses the trails while intoxicated or using any kind of drugs or medication, or while pregnant. You agree to be fully and solely responsible for any accidents you may incur. You understand the risks discussed above and agree that you will assume all responsibility for yourself and for the consequences of those in your party. You agree to waive any claim whatsoever against owner for accidents or claims arising from swimming, hiking or using the trails. All Airbnb Guests in my party acknowledge and agree that they have read and understand this waiver and they acknowledge that confirming below constitutes a binding and enforceable contract between VRBO Guests and VRBO Host.

It's hard to beat when you have 225 acres on the Hiwassee River, animals to play with, a pond to fish in, trails to hike on, free kayaks to use, disc golf to enjoy, basketball court to use, and so much more! Come and enjoy time away to bond with family or to take a break from your crazy life!
Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial
We are an hour from Chattanooga, 45 min from the airport, 18 minutes from I-75, yet are in a place where the Hiwassee is right here, nature surrounds us, and tubing and rafting on the Ocoee are not too far away. There's also horseback riding and wine tours near by! It's a great getaway for all!!
