barrio tranquilo y familiar, entre las calles 13 y 14 en la Avenida Central, a sólo 1 manzana de las tiendas de Ocean City únicas y restaurantes en Asbury Avenue, a 2 cuadras de la playa / paseo marítimo. Aparcar su coche para la semana y disfrutar el mundo de Ocean City famoso paseo marítimo, playa de la calle 14ª, restaurantes, heladerías, y un montón de actividades para mantener a toda la familia feliz -todas a poca distancia! Nuestro primer piso, casa de playa incluye una cocina completa con una gran mesa para seis personas, así como una gran isla con capacidad para 3. La unidad cuenta con nuevo mobiliario, nuevas puertas y nuevos pisos de madera a lo largo de todo. Está decorado profesionalmente en un tema de la playa de buen gusto de amarillos, azules y blanco.

En la sala de estar, costa disfrutar de temática luminoso, con mobiliario nuevo televisor, y ventanas de gran tamaño brillantes. Hay un sofá cama tamaño queen en la sala familiar que puede alojar a 2 personas cómodamente. Hay 3 habitaciones confortables que duermen 8 en camas. La suite principal tiene una cama king y un baño privado, con mucho espacio para empacar y jugar; El segundo dormitorio tiene una cama king y comparte un baño en el pasillo con el 3er dormitorio que tiene una cama doble y un juego de literas gemelas, así como un colchón para niños que sirve como cama nido debajo de la litera inferior (esta habitación tiene capacidad para 4 personas).
El condominio cuenta con 2 baños completos preciosas. Nuestro apartamento también incluye un porche cubierto privado fuera de la sala de estar. Además, hay tres ventiladores de techo. También para su comodidad, hay una ducha al aire libre, y un garaje con un área de almacenamiento por separado y bajo llave.
Nuestra casa está a sólo 20 minutos a los casinos de Atlantic City y 30 minutos de la histórica Cape May. Por favor, siéntase libre de llamarnos o enviarnos un correo electrónico con cualquier pregunta.

Awesome place to stay!

This was our first time to ocean city! House was the perfect size for our family of 9. The beach was the perfect distance away!! Best part was having a washer and dryer!! Would def rent again!

Sweet modern home in perfect location!

We loved so much about our stay — it was easy to check in and the property was new and clean, and the location was ideal for our family to get to the beach and the best of the boardwalk. As an out-of-towner it was a surprise that we had to supply all of our own linens and paper products, but I guess this is standard for the area.

Wonderful beach house for a stay close to the boardwalk in Ocean City, NJ. The house is clean and laid out in a nice format for putting the kids to bed and staying up later with the adults. The kids room has 2 extra mattresses under the other beds to make room for even more. We fit 5 kids easily in the one bedroom. There are two off street parking spots, which was so helpful when we first arrived. Getting a street spot in front of the house is easier in the middle of the week. Beds were very comfortable as the queen and king bed had mattress toppers. We loved our stay and the owers were extremely kind and accomodating!

Truly the best!

We had the best time for our week away. The house was super clean and accommodated our family of 4 with two toddlers. We even had our parents come down and they had a great time. So close to everything you want down the shore. Friendly neighbors and neighborhood. I messed up checkout time and Helena could not have been nicer about it. Can’t wait to come back!

Beautiful place in a perfect location

We had 3 adults and 4 teenage boys. Short walk to the beach, short walk to dozens of shops on Asbury, several restaurants, ice cream and coffee shops easily within walking distance. You really can't pick a better location. House was nicely laid out with 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. Kitchen was nice. We made a few meals to help curb the cost of feeding teenagers every 2 hours. Couch in the living room was comfy and a few nights a kid slept on it. We never folded out the sleeper bed on the couch so I can't say if that's comfy or not. Beds in each room were comfortable. 13th Street bikes was a great place to rent from and we rented a few days - looking back we should have done the week rental for the kids - they used the bikes a LOT - ages 15 and 17. Favorite close places to eat were El Guacamole for lunch or dinner and Jonny B Good for ice cream - both just around the corner - 5 minute walk. Overall great place and we would definitely stay again. Thanks you!

A perfect Labor Day (long) weekend at this charming house!

I can’t say enough good things about this listing and our stay! The owner was extremely communicative, giving us many helpful details, and answering all of our questions. The house was easy to find, and parking was a dream! 2 spots off-street (one in a garage), and plenty of parking out front as well. The house itself is absolutely charming! There’s a cute front porch with outdoor seating, outdoor showers (and hose) along the side, and space in the garage to store chairs, and boogie boards. As for the house, when you walk in, you instantly knew you were at the beach! The decor is lovely, the sofa is quite comfortable, and the layout of the living room with open kitchen was perfect for entertaining our family! The kitchen itself is well-appointed, and we were thrilled to find everything from foil to seasonings (it’s the worst when you just need one thing for your week! It was great to find those basics already in the drawers, along with menus for local restaurants, and other random kitchen necessities). Even a big crock pot! All of the beds were very comfortable, and we had plenty of space for our family of six without even opening up the sleeper sofa! You do bring your own sheets, and so we rented them from a local company. Highly recommend doing that! The bathrooms are both a good size. Lots of storage! The location was wonderful; Everything is walkable! We thought it was perfect! 5 stars!

Great location

We loved how close we were to the Boardwalk, beaches and the main part of town. Everything we wanted to do was right nearby. The condo was spacious enough and we loved sitting out on the front porch. It was especially nice that four beach passes were available for us to use. That’s above and beyond and most owners don’t do that. Very nice bonus! We were there at the end of the summer and the shower curtains were pretty tired by then and needed attention. Other than that it was a great place to stay.

Family Beach Week

We had a wonderful week at this house in OCNJ! It was a 4 minute walk from front door to sand 🏖 Also located near a convenient spot on the boardwalk, close to a lot of stores and food options. The layout of the home was great for accommodating our family (my husband, me and our 3 kids.) We also had my brother, his girlfriend, and my dad stay a few nights throughout the week and we were all very comfortable.

Excellent Family vacation home

Perfect house for 2 families

The location was great! The home was exactly what we needed. Clean and cozy. The host was very kind and easy to communicate with. We were able to find parking on the street pretty easy in June. We own a large pickup truck and we couldn't fit in the garage or driveway. Just something to keep in mind before you take the wrong vehicle. We loved our short getaway and would def stay at this home again.

Great location

We really enjoyed being close to the boardwalk - we wish that there was more accessible parking. On the weekend, cars were parked on the street so we didn’t have room to and there is barely any room in the back to park a car. Perhaps a small sedan, but nothing larger. Very tight.

Ocean City is a wonderful family town that boasts year round activities. This property is kept immacualte and is near everything oc offers- you will not get in your car once - what a vacation. it is on a quiet, tree lined street and we only rent to families.
