We are on a rare large double-lot with historic live oak trees and steps to the beach. The Public Beach Access begins at our property. The unit is newly renovated; we opened up the patio so you can enjoy the ocean views and the cool sea breeze—centrally located minutes from golf, shopping, entertainment, and restaurants. We are dog friendly, with each unit having a locking gate for the front patio/balcony.

2nd time here

We loved this cute place so much from 2 years ago that we had to come back. We came down for a concert and a few days to relax. Very accommodating for our dogs. No issue with larger breeds. Great yard and easy to get to the beach. Plenty of room. Great communication with the owners. The only negative thing I can say which is out of the owners control, would be the upstairs tennents. They are quite active during the day but they do quiet down around 10pm or so. They did not disturb us during the night. We would still come back again!!! Great place to stay and quiet neighborhood.

Great location - Fun getaway

Remodeled home! We stayed in bottom level with out dogs. Great location & very comfortable. Loved the focus on the doggies in the home. Definite do again.

The house was exactly as described. The ramp and the dog gate on the front porch made is wonderful for our shorter legged dogs.

Nice place but be prepared for lots of noise if someone is upstairs

This property is in a great location. Cutely remodeled. Comfortable beds. Very pet friendly. However, whoever was staying in the upstairs unit had 3 dogs who barked excessively and had what sounded like a bowling ball they played with at all hours. Impossible to get any sleep. Never heard the owners try and correct their behavior....and owners left very early (4:30 am Saturday and 6:00 am Sunday) Could hear the dogs running around jumping on and off the bed and barking constantly. Not the owners fault i guess but still very frustrating. Will not return simply because of the rude upstairs neighbors.

Pet Haven!!!

Amazing location and incredibly pet friendly!! We brought two big dogs and the place was perfect!! Baby gate on the porch to keep them contained, yard lead that reached to porch, water/food bowls on hand 😻, cozy perfect little place ❤️ VERY comfortable beds and a great place to have a relaxing weekend away!!

Cute bungalow for me & my pups!

Loved the location, the cottage and the closeness to the beach. An extra bonus that my pups were more than welcome! I’d love to see a small fenced in area added for convenience but I will still book here again! Thank you for your hospitality!

comfy beds-easy check in

A little get away for me and my adult daughter. Comfy beds. A little noisy at times with other renters upstairs but thats to be expected. Short walk to beach. Bright sun on the front porch so we couldn't enjoy sitting out there too much. Pet friendly home and beach!

Great place to stay with family and dogs!

My family loved staying here! The cottage was nice and clean. We brought our 2 dogs with us and loved it also. It was a very pet friendly community. It was an easy walk across the street to the beach and right around the corner from our favorite breakfast place Dinos! The front porch was beautiful to enjoy at night with the dogs and listen to the waves! We would definitely recommend and stay again!

GREAT PLACE TO STAY!!

This place was just as advertised, very clean and super close to beach. Clean and well kept, cozy place, comfy beds. The only reason I can't give it 5 stars on the overall rating is because the upstairs renters were a bit noisy, we seemed to hear almost everything they were doing all through the night. This was not the owners fault of course. Other than that it was pretty perfect and we'd definitely rent again!!

Perfect Getaway Spot!

Kathryn and Michael were so responsive and welcoming and the beach cottage was every bit as charming in person as in the pictures! The beach access is literally right across the street from beach access making it super convenient to walk back and forth from the beach as needed. The neighborhood was quiet. The cottage had everything we needed and the bed was SO comfortable I took a picture of the tag before we left! Thank you for hosting us, we’re already looking forward to our next stay! 😊

Amazing and PERFECT

Let me start by saying this is our first VRBO experience and it could not have been any better. The owners are so super nice and respond super quick to any of our questions before and during our stay. The house was so cute and perfect for us and our 2 dogs. Quick walk one street over to the beach. The location is in a quiet neighborhood and we felt very safe in the area. Neighbors are very friendly. So many personal touches were done by the owners to make our stay so easy. They even left dog treats for our boys. So sweet. We are now going to be forever North Myrtle Beach vacationing. And we hope to be able to book this lovely home again.

Cozy Beach Cottage

We absolutely adored the beach cottage! It is located in a quaint, quiet area. The neighborhood seemed very family friendly. There is a beautiful beach access across the street. The cottage is tasteful decorated with a very cozy/comfortable beach feel. It has great amenities. In fact, it was extremely nice to find a rental that provided linens! We loved the trees and the adorable swing! Micheal was so kind to check-in on us during our stay. We would highly recommend this property to others. It was perfect for us and our 2-year-old son. We hope to visit again soon!

I am an active duty Army Officer and Veteran with three overseas combat tours, and Kathryn is an amazing Professor of Anatomy and Physiology for a local community college.
Kathryn and I completed all of the renovations ourselves! We completely tore off the front of the house and installed Board and Batton with a fresh coat of paint. All new plumbing, tile, countertops, sinks, furniture, interior color, appliances, including Mini-split AC and Heat, Gas Water Heater for endless hot water for the Entire Family! The original hardwood floors from 1957 are in fantastic condition! Our goal was to keep the original 50's beach charm and update it with modern appliances and furniture. We love our Beach Cottages and know you will too!

You will find yourself in an amazing location, close to all N Myrtle Beach has to offer, relaxing on a huge double lot under several historic live oak trees. There's always a cool breeze and a view of the seas!
