Welcome to our Oceanfront Community at St. Augustine Ocean and Racquet Resort. Our 2 bedroom/2 bath second floor courtyard villa condo, which features a hot tub in the center of the building, comes fully equipped with wireless internet, cable TV and furnishings including all standard kitchen appliances, microwave, coffee pot, blender, toaster and washer/dryer. Sliding glass doors open to a private outdoor balcony from the airy living room where you can enjoy the ocean breeze and sunshine. This condo sleeps five people with a king-sized bed in the master bedroom and one twin and one full-sized bed in the guest bedroom. St. Augustine Ocean and Racquet Resort has two tennis courts, two swimming pools, five hot tubs, shuffleboard, bocce ball and pickleball courts. Spend the days enjoying the beaches of St. Augustine and the nights exploring the Old City with it's charming streets, many restaurants and nightly live music. Downtown is just 5 miles away.

The location and proximity to the beach was perfect, wicked clean place! The bed was very comfortable and I slept great!Pat the owner went the extra mile for me as I had left personal items behind and he was quick to get the items back to me! Really enjoyed it!!

Owners are very easy to deal with and the condo is set up with everything you need. Loved being right on the beach and close to everything on the beachside!

Everything was as promised plus more. Everything you need for time at the beach was excment. Kitchen and bar furnishings were excellent quality [not someone's cast offs]. We will book again.

Great weekend getaway!

What a great spot! Pat was so kind and easy to work with. Close to pools, beach, mini golf. Loved the binder of recommended spots. Super clean! Definitely plan on staying again!

We had an amazing stay at the condo. Pat was a fantastic host who was super attentive and communicative regarding our stay. The condo was well thought out and stocked with all of the necessary beach stay items (beach chairs, towels and boogie boards) so we didn’t need to bring our own. There was even board games and cards for us to use during stay and we enjoyed playing in the evenings. We had a great time would definitely stay again.

Condo St Augustine Beach

Nice complex, nice beach and pools. Condo was relatively clean, (couple hairs in the bathroom, and 1 dead Palmetto bug - dead is good). Couple things starting to show a little age, but overall clean and in good shape. Enjoyed beach, Anastasia State Park, and fishing at Matanzas Inlet.

Super easy check in. Very clean, quiet. Very well equipped. Beach access is pretty close. Chairs, beach towels, beach bag all included in condo. Owners very nice, checked in with me to see if I. Needed anything. Will be happy to stay here again.

Beautiful Condo & Excellent Location!

We had an AMAZING stay! The condo is beautiful and had EVERYTHING we needed to make our stay comfortable! Including the little things like beach towels, beach chairs, night lights, and fans! The location is great, as well as where the building is located inside of the community! Very short walk to the beach and right across from the pool! The pool was so nice! Parking was easy! Thank you so much for being so accommodating and for a wonderful stay! Highly recommend this beach condo!

Perfect choice for a stay In St Augustine! Everything we could have wanted in the unit and Patrick was very attentive to assure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Plenty of space and the pools and jacuzzis were such a treat. The sunrises at the beach were a short stroll and we even walked the beach to restaurants. Location was perfect with a Publix a few blocks away. so pleased with our choice.
