The open floor plan and outdoor patio area with seating and grill make this a great house for entertaining large families and groups. Bedrooms are spacious and private with large bathrooms, desks, and flat screen tvs so that you can work from home.

Great property for family gathering

We have a great experience at this large, welcoming property at St Simons. We had a family gathering so being able to take advantage of the 4br/4bath layout was perfect. The large family room gave us plenty of space for our group and the foos ball table kept the kids (and some of the adults) entertained all night. The owner was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay.

Spring Break

This house is wonderful especially for 2 families. It was everything it said it was in the listing. It was a super easy walk to the Village area. We loved the quiet neighborhood. Would definitely stay here again.

Very roomy, wish we could have gotten in a little earlier since the home was ready… one of the fans did not work in the living area ( over coffee table) unless the remote was missing. Comfortable and met our needs!

Spacious and nice

We had a great time at this house! It is HUGE!! Everything was so nice, tidy, and well maintained. We had so much room to spread out but the great room was perfect for hanging out together! Light on linens and paper products but otherwise perfect for our family getaway! Neighborhood is quiet but it's close enough to reach everything quickly. Jordan was great and very helpful! We will definitely be back!

St Simons Wedding weekend

The house was perfect in size and comfort. We were very dissatisfied in the amount of supplies for our family of eight staying for 4 days 3 nights. We had 1 roll of paper towels, no napkins, not an adequate amount of wash clothes and bath towels for eight adults. Also if we needed to wash towels ect… there was no clothes detergent. We are paying to stay in a furnished house so we did not want to add more expense by having to buy supplies. Thank You 😊

Perfect for large family or 4 couples

Jordan was easy to communicate with. She answered all questions promptly. The door entry lock was a little old-school but worked efficiently (until the battery went bad). She had left a key on the inside for us to carry if we left and it worked as a great back-up. The rooms were all very large. Three of the bedrooms had a private bath connected and they each had a king size bed with extra space for a little one if you needed it. One bedroom had twin beds and a bathroom which was on a hallway but the teens used it so there wasn't a problem. One of the 3 bedrooms is VERY large (extra space for more folks on the floor if needed) and has a separate split unit for heating and air. It works amazingly well so we had my mother stay there. She is 97 and always cold so she could keep it warm at night. The HUGE den area was a perfect hang out place. Very large TV for ballgames, big table for games and meals and a foosball table too. The kitchen is very well furnished and appliances worked well. I did let Jordan know that the refrigerator sometimes popped open when you close the sides separately and the freezer part had to be closed with a good push. Sheets and towels were soft and good for drying. Would have been nice to have had a couple of extra towels but not a deal breaker. The outside area with table and chairs and grill was nice to sit outside. The location was perfect for walking to parks and downtown St. Simons.

Thankful Thanksgiving!

We enjoyed our time at this beautiful and spacious home with a perfect location on the island! Pier, village and beaches and parks within a short distance . Fully equipped kitchen and all the amenities one can ask for! Quiet neighborhood. King size beds, tvs! Things for the children to enjoy also! Can’t wait to return! Truly grateful, AmberMcCartney

Great SSI rental

Very clean and nice rental. Rooms are perfect for everyone to have a bath attached. We have stayed in a dozen rentals on SSI in the past year, this one was the best for being a really good configuration, cleanliness and easy to work with owner.

I grew up on St. Simons, and it is still my favorite place in the world. It is our privilege to get to share it with others!

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

We have a large family and this house is big enough to house us all and still give us privacy within the home. We love to spend time here when we are on St. Simons. Our kids are active, and we can get to the village, beach, or pier in under 5 minutes. We love to walk/ride the neighborhood and walk to the pier each day. The house is on a quiet street near to the heart of St. Simons so we have our quiet peaceful place, but can be in the action any time we want.

This house is all on one level with large rooms and spacious bathrooms and wide hallways which makes getting in and out with kids very easy and also makes the home accessible for guests with wheelchairs or similar needs.
