Home base for Family

Condo worked perfectly for our family. It offered private spaces for alone time as well spacious gathering spaces. Walkability restaurants and to beach was great..

Great family accommodations in Poipu

We loved this property - it was perfect for our family of four. Spacious and well appointed with a beautiful outdoor deck to take in the pretty golf course and even a distant view of the ocean. It was a great location - easy to get to all the beaches in a short drive. Also close to the Poipu Shopping Village with lots of restaurants. Would definitely stay again!

Most Excellent Vacation

Our family had the most amazing vacation here,. Beautiful house and well cared for. So many extras we didn’t expect, close to the beaches, restaurants and shopping. The locals are so friendly and welcoming. We will definitely be planning another trip here in the future.

Perfect house!

My friends and I loved this place! The photos do not do full justice. It’s so spacious and they literally have everything you could ever need (beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, everything for cooking). Also the check out process was super seamless and didn’t require a ton of pre cleaning prep, so glad we stayed here!

Nice place...

Very nice place. Great views of the golf course and location is close to shops and restaurants. Pool and hot tub amenity are nice. A couple complaints: A/C is limited to 72-76 range, which we found to be too warm especially at night. Host never resolved this for us. Many dishes were dirty and the dishwasher does not work well.

Great Place

We absolutely loved this Condo, and very much enjoyed our stay on the island. We loved having breakfast out on the lenai and enjoyed the beautiful views. The condo is well stocked and very welcoming. The big windows and high ceilings bring in lots of natural light and make it feel very spacious. The kitchen is beautiful and has everything you need. The beds are comfortable and the house is well decorated. The location is good and is walking distance to restaurants, shops and the beach. Our last morning there, we discovered Little Fish Coffee which has great coffee, breakfast sandwiches, Acai bowls and smoothies. It is walking distance from the condo. I highly recommend this Condo, and would love to return.

Nice facility but carpet & veranda cushions were filthy. Had to spot clean with carpet cleaner.

Need to ditch the carpet at family & dining room & go with tile. The many stains were undesirable thus creating a sense of uncleanliness; bummer!

We could have sent our team to spot-clean the carpeting and the lanai cushions for you. All the carpeting is professionally cleaned several times per year. As you see it!

This property was absolutely perfect and it was exactly what we needed for our visit to Kauai. Very clean, location was within walking distance to a little plaza with a convenience store and restaurants. Poipu beach was also about a 5 min walk away. The photos online showed exactly what was offered in the property. The AC had gone out a few weeks before we arrived however the property manager sent us an email letting us know that they installed portable AC units throughout the house and they worked just fine. We were so pleased with the property and would definitely consider staying here again on future visits to Kauai. Mahalo Parrish Properties/ VRBO for a wonderful stay.
