¡Un lugar perfecto para hacer de su hogar un hogar lejos del hogar! Este condominio de 2 dormitorios de un solo piso con vista parcial al mar tiene un diseño abierto. Disfruta de las increíbles vistas. Un paseo muy corto a la derecha en un césped bien cuidado, hermosos árboles en flor, a pocos pasos de la piscina, barbacoa, a pocos pasos de espectaculares amaneceres, puestas de sol y ballenas durante el invierno. Es un lugar cómodo, limpio, encantador y tranquilo. Bastante espacioso con cocina totalmente equipada, lavadora, secadora y equipamiento de playa. Convenientemente ubicado para ir de compras, restaurantes, playas famosas, campos de golf y muchas más actividades divertidas.

Great location

This condo was perfect … Location, view, property. Would stay there again. Best equipped kitchen we’ve ever stayed in. Friendly staff on site.

On island for a family wedding

Beautiful Stay

We love this area! Just a 10 minute walk to the beach where you can body surf and/or snorkel. Liked having the pool and hot tub as well! We would definitely return!

Great location near Poipu beach!

Nice condo with plenty of indoor and outdoor space. Well situated near Poipu beach. Walking distance if you are up to it, otherwise a few mins by car. Complex is well maintained. Nice welcoming sweets at the condo. Would definitely return

Nice stay in Kauai

We enjoyed our vacation rental in Poipu! The gardens around the property were very well maintained and provided a nice atmosphere for catching the evening sunset. The property was in very close proximity to beaches and restaurants. The kitchen was well stocked and the other accessories like beach toys, towels, etc were a nice touch to see upon our arrival. The pool was unfortunately closed for the majority of our stay due to maintenance - we understand these things happen and the property manager / owner had good communication about this and listened to our concerns to make sure it did not damper our overall stay. If we had to give some feedback otherwise, the rental could use some upgrades in the bathroom.

Excellent Location

We had a great stay. Location was perfect. Our favorite part was seeing the sunrise and sunset everyday. While the condo unit was a bit dated, the price and location made up for it. The furniture could use a deep cleaning. We appreciated the beach mat/chairs, cooler and snorkel gear. We would definitely consider staying here again.

Clean, Quite and a great location

We spent a few days after Christmas here and it was lovely. The house was clean and worked well for our family of 4. Nothing fancy but we spent most of our enjoying the island. So it was perfect.

Awesome !

Awesome property with all the amenities you will ever need for your stay . The property manager was a little difficult to work with regards to arrival but it all worked out. Even without AC ,it was a great location and nice equipped house !

Vacation getaway

Overall we really enjoyed our stay at this property- it was in a very convenient location! The property manager was very attentive to any questions we had and addressed issues promptly (added an AC unit in a day which we were grateful for). The property also had beach equipment with chairs/umbrellas that made our days on the beach very comfortable! Right outside you can take a short walk and watch the ocean waves (we even spotted a turtle swimming!). Would recommend a stay here if you are visiting Kauai.

Great unit! Nice condo complex and good central location for poipu

Overall we were very pleased with this property! One thing I don't think we anticipated, was that being on the ground level meant we didn't want to have the shades open / windows open at nighttime for the whole world to peep in at us. That meant we kept the windows closed during the coolest time, and the living areas were frequently ~80-82 degrees. If it weren't for the AC units in the bedrooms we would have had a different story! The units were great for the bedrooms and ensured we could sleep comfortably at all hours. The unit itself was wonderful and had everything we could want / need including plenty of dishes / kitchenware and beach towels. Thank you so much for a wonderful honeymoon stay!

Very spacious, nice property

Nice, and very spacious condo. Property manager was very helpful and responsive. Probably would not stay here again because it's not at all private, the beautiful windows and lanai are very exposed to the condo complex. It's just the layout of the complex and may not be an issue for others, we felt like we were in a fishbowl. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Condo Stay

Appreciated the location and partial view. The condo was dated and didn't feel clean with in regards to furniture and carpet. AC function was odd. Found cockroaches in kitchen drawer. Linens were nice. The welcome basket was a lovely touch.

Comfortable stay

Four of us enjoyed our week long stay. We had plenty of room and the kitchen was well stocked. Beds were comfortable. We asked that the two twins be pushed together to make a king and our request was accommodated. We spent a lot of time on the patio and enjoyed the ocean views. The only disappointment was that the hot tub was not functioning the entire week. We were not notified of that ahead of time and were offered minimal compensation for it.

Listening to the ocean

This property is just a 100’ from the roar of the Pacific. The recent renovation of the kitchen and bathrooms were well done. It is the most well stocked VRBO where we have stayed in 25 years of staying in VRBO properties. The noise level is contingent on the renters overhead. We had several large groups of large people!

Really loved our stay

This was the perfect spot to spend the week on Kauai with my teenage daughter. We appreciated how well-stocked the condo was, with everything we needed for the week. The welcome basket was also such a nice touch. Novella was very responsive and emailed/called with updates. Our condo cooled down well at night and we didn’t need the air conditioning very often, but it was definitely appreciated on a couple muggy nights. Perfect location and we hope to be back soon!

Home away from home

My family of 5 stayed at this very comfortable condo in June. The walkout lanai, with the flowering trees, perfect swim pool, and lawn to the edge of the ocean shore, with "our" very own blowhole made it a super place to stay. Bill & Liz had all the comforts we needed (& yes we did use the fans b/c it was warm). We liked listening to the sound of the ocean rumbling in the distance at night. Kitchen well stocked. We wouldn't hesitate to stay there again. Thanks! Roxy from Colorado
