The home is newly renovated and furnished with a high-end Palm Beach flair. Each room brings it's own unique charm to the house. The home is extremely spacious, it features a Coffee Bar with Espresso and Cappuccino machine and designer wallpaper. There are ROKU Smart App TV's throughout with a plug and play sound system, a Retro themed kitchen and a magnificent outdoor courtyard with a beautiful original tile water feature and outdoor dining for 8 under a refreshing aqua blue umbrella. The pool is heated by request and a well-manicured and lush tropical lawn sits to the right of the pool. Take the family for a bike ride through the quiet and safe neighborhood or along the beach with the 4 Schwinn bikes available to guests.

The Space

The 2,836 Sqft home has 3 private bedrooms and can accommodate up to six guests comfortably. Each room is decorated in hues of soft greys and blues, pinks and black tones along with the tasteful artwork and soft lighting makes this a very spacious, comfortable and stylish place to relax. The house has spaces with accent unique wallpaper and so much indoor and outdoor seating.

BEDROOMS:

THE PRIMARY BEDROOM

The Primary features a King bed with an upholstered royal blue headboard and a small loveseat sofa at the foot of the bed. The rooms has furnishings with accents of blues, whites and gold. The spacious bedroom has loads of closet space and a ROKU Smart App TV. Just off the primary is the bathroom with tub/shower and gorgeous bright pink vanity.

2ND BEDROOM

The second bedroom holds two Twin XL beds with views of the magnificent pool and ROKU Smart App TV. The room is tastefully decorated with light blue walls, clean whites and greys. It has an attached en-suite Boho- style bathroom with combo tub/shower.

3RD BEDROOM

The third bedroom has a unique designer flair. Two full beds with colors of pinks, whites and blacks. ROKU Smart App TV and a pinstriped black and off white desk and chair for the remote workers.

BATHROOMS:

The home has three full bathrooms to make your day a breeze. The first is the primary bathroom, with a fun bright pink vanity, shower/bath combination and hotel-quality towels. The second Boho-style bathroom has a combo/shower & single vanity. The third bathroom is located next to the double full bedroom. This bathroom has gorgeous blue & gold Palm leaves wallpaper, single white & royal blue vanity with gold fixtures and shower.

KITCHEN:

The impressive pure white Retro- style kitchen is complete with a new stainless steel fridge and a timeless "old school" stove top and oven. Funky Retro themed microwave and toaster bring it all together. The kitchen is a simple white with gold accent knobs and alot of cabinet space. Whether you're storing your family's favorite groceries in the cupboards or reheating leftovers from one of the best restaurants Delray Beach offers, you'll have all the space and appliances you need to feed your hungry crew.

FAMILY ROOM:

The space is perfect for entertaining, the large lounge area features an L-shaped grey sofa with comfy cushions & a stylish glass coffee table in the center that's great for playing games or reading one of the Palm Beach coffee table books. There are two basket weave Pouf's and a large flat-screen Smart App ROKU TV that includes apps available for Disney+, Netflix, HBOMax, Prime Video and others that guests may log into with their personal accounts. This room also houses the JBL Bluetooth speaker and plug-and-play Stereo system that can be heard from the outdoor courtyard. You will find games like Connect 4, Jenga & Monopoly in the family room cabinets.

DINING ROOM:

Surrounded by a large mirror reflecting the stunning outside courtyard is the dining room with a large glass table, wicker dining chairs and lower hanging white & gold light fixture. You will truly dine in luxury with easy access to the Kitchen.

FORMAL LIVING ROOM:

Step inside the stunning formal living room. This room is for the interior design enthusiast. Pops of yellow color throughout, stunning custom upholstered high back reading chairs, a grand piano with custom upholstered bench all overlooking the crystal clear sparkling pool and lush tropical palm trees. As you enter the mint green door there is a wonderful open outdoor courtyard with large dining set for 8 under a special light blue aqua fringed umbrella, 2 white lounging sets with comfortable grey cushions, a large BBQ Weber grill and the main eye-catching original tiled water feature in the center. This home is a paradise within a paradise. There is no shortage of seating areas and space for entertaining your family and friends.

ADDITIONAL HOME NOTES:

1. Please note the garage cannot hold a car however, there is plenty of driveway space.

2. There are 4 Schwinn Bikes in the garage that guests are welcome to use.

3. There is a stereo that can be used at home, please be mindful of the neighbors.

UPON BOOKING, WE REQUIRE A PHOTO COPY OF THE LEAD GUESTS DRIVERS LICENSE WHICH MATCHES THE CREDIT CARD USED TO BOOK.

- ABSOLUTELY NO NOISE AFTER 9 PM OUTSIDE, WE DO NOT ALLOW PARTIES OR GATHERINGS OF ANY KIND AT THE HOUSE, AND QUIET HOURS START AT 9PM.

- We have a minimum age requirement of 25y/o to be able to book the property.

- Unfortunately, this house is NOT PET-FRIENDLY.
