Welcome to Saida Towers, South Padre Island's premier, beachfront social resort. It has 3 pools, 3 hot tubs, a kiddie pool, outdoor bar & grill, tennis courts, shuffleboard court, and direct beach access. All this is wrapped in tropical grounds and bordered by award winning restored dunes and white-sand beaches. Seasonally, there are on-site rentals for tennis and shuffleboard equipment, as well as chair and umbrella rentals on the sand. Saida Towers is located walking distance to shopping centers, restaurants, and activities. Saida Towers has everything you look for in a beachfront resort rental.

Our coastal marshlands are home to hundreds of species of rare and endangered animals and are also a hotspot for migrating birds and ocean-life. POLICIES & INFO

*Our home is family-friendly and non-smoking.

*This vacation home does NOT allow pets due to owner allergies. If we receive reports of pets in the unit, $1000 sanitization fee will be charged.

*Guest capacity is strictly enforced. No parties are allowed. Noise ordnance is strictly enforced. SPRING BREAK PARTIES NOT ALLOWED - MINIMUM RENTER AGE 30

**SPRING BREAK POLICY* (3/4 - 4/9) All guests between the ages of 10-32 are required to purchase a security wristband for $25+tax. This policy is implemented and enforced by the resort. The wristband is to be worn by guests during their stay. Parents and grandparents must stay at the unit with their children or grand-children the entire length of their rental agreement. Minimum of one adult 30 or older if there are any children over 15 years of age. If there are more than 3 children over 15, then two adults, age 30 or over are required.

*We strive to regularly update our photos and listing description; however, we cannot guarantee 100% accuracy in photos or descriptions.

*Our staff works diligently to maintain sanitation and inventory in this home; however, if you find something lacking, please reach out by phone so we may promptly address your needs.

*Towels - 1 bath towel per guest per stay; a few additional towels are also provided; 1 beach towel per guest per stay are provided. In-unit washer and dryer available.

*We require accidental damage protection or refundable deposit to cover lost or broken property including our small appliances and linens. Please let us know if you accidentally break or damage something in the unit. Please make sure refrigerator /freezer doors are closed completely.

*We provide a dehumidifier for your comfort. Please empty the water if it appears full. Please keep doors closed (including patio door) to allow for best efficiency for our air conditioning units and dehumidifier.

*Please rinse off before returning from the beach and use the mats provided to get as much sand off before entering unit. Please do not wash or dry sandy items in the washer/dryer to avoid damage to the appliances.
