Hodnett Cooper is pleased to present this ocean view, 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath, Sea Point Lodge Condominium.

Sea Point Lodge is St. Simons Island's newest oceanfront condominium community. Located on Ocean Boulevard, just across from the elementary school, Sea Point Lodge is convenient to the Village, Shops, Restaurants, Lighthouse, and Pier.

This particular residence features tall ceilings, stone flooring, a large kitchen with stainless appliances and granite counters, an oversized dining and living area, and a balcony with ocean views. The master suite features a walk-in shower and separate tub as well as custom closet features.

Beach Gear Credit Included Hodnett Cooper has partnered with VayK Gear, a beach delivery service provider to offer beach gear rentals to Hodnett Cooper guests in participating properties. Confirm a new reservation with Hodnett Cooper Vacation Rentals at a participating property with length of stay between 2 – 14 nights, arriving March thru October, and receive a daily credit from VayK Gear towards beach gear rentals during the stay! Use your credit for adult and children’s bicycles, chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, boogie boards, coolers, cornhole and more – the choice is yours!

Perfect stay

We had a great stay! Unit is clean, quiet and spacious. We had everything we needed. Right on the beach and we enjoyed relaxing at the pool also. We will definitely rent again.

Saint Simons Island Gem

Wonderful two-bedroom condo with spacious living, dining, kitchen area. Clean, like new, and very comfortable modern condo on third floor with elevator. Parking below the building with easy access to the elevator. We would highly recommend this property!

Great Family Stay

This place was perfect for my husband and me and our toddler. From the communication to the location, everything was super easy. The condo sits on a little dip in the shore line, making it feel a bit like a private beach since crowds gathered on either side of where the condo sits. Overall, the condo is beautiful and was so comfortable and we'd definitely stay here again. If travelling with more than three or four folks, I'd bring additional cookware and service wear as the selection was limited and a bit worse for the wear. Cleanliness overall was just okay. I cleaned the toilets when we arrived and there was also a bit of a mold issue from moisture in the master bath.

In the heart of everything

This building is in the heart of everything—a short stroll to the Village, big wide beach at your door, plus a pool! The unit itself is simply beautiful and we could not get enough of that balcony view. We would stay there again for sure. The only small negative was how the unit is outfitted. The welcome emails (communication is terrific!) suggest bringing your own beach towels, so we knew we would not find any (bath towels abounded), but the glasses and silverware in the condo were also pretty flimsy and cheap. If you like drinking wine, for instance, out of an actual glass versus cheap scratched-up plastic wine glasses, better to bring your own. That said we loved the nonstick pots and pans.

Super Place

I recommend because very clean, good location and larger than expected. The pictures on the website doesn’t look as good and as large as the condo really is. I would recommend that they place chair cushions under the dining chairs. The metal is scratching the tile floors.

Updated and Great Location

We stayed for a couple of nights. The condo is clean and in a small, quiet complex. The condo is updated and nicely furnished. It is in a great location between the Village and East Beach.
