Hodnett Cooper is pleased to present this completely updated two-bedroom, two-bath condominium located at the St. Simons Beach Club - the largest oceanfront condominium community on the Island. No detail has been untouched with this new addition onto the rental market!

Beautifully landscaped grounds feature stately oaks canopying the gated entrance, tropical foliage embellishing the courtyard, and a large beachfront lawn.

In the heart of the Beach Club, there is a large oceanfront swimming pool, separate children's pool, and two hot tubs. Additional amenities include direct beach access and barbecue grills as well as a fitness, and business center. All residences include a fully-equipped kitchen, private balcony, and combined living and dining area.

Bedding Includes: 1 King, 1 Queen, 1 Sleeper Sofa

Beach Gear Credit Now Included Hodnett Cooper has partnered with VayK Gear, a beach delivery service provider to offer beach gear rentals to Hodnett Cooper guests in participating properties. Confirm a new reservation with Hodnett Cooper Vacation Rentals at a participating property with length of stay between 2 – 14 nights, arriving March thru October, and receive a daily credit from VayK Gear towards beach gear rentals during the stay! Use your credit for adult and children's bicycles, chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, boogie boards, coolers, cornhole and more – the choice is yours!

Quick Beach Weekend

My husband and I had a quick weekend getaway here...this was our first time visiting St.Simons Island. We really enjoyed the beach and the condo was very nice and clean...everything was great!

Close to it all

This location is close to the big resort but not as overcrowded. The pool is huge. This specific unit was updated but did not have any sort of water or pool view.

Lovely Condo!

This lovely condo was located conveniently on the beach with ample parking, and within a short drive to restaurants, shops, supermarket and best of all, my Aunt and Uncle! We enjoyed a lovely few days with relatives we haven't seen in years. It was a bit chilly to go in the water, but we sat in the sun for hours by the pool and beach. It was clean, quiet, well-stocked, beds were very comfortable. We really did not spend much time inside... as we were enjoying all that St Simons Island had to offer! Would definitely stay again.

Nice condo

The condo was updated and clean. The location was good. The only drawback was the fitness facility. It is old and musty. One of the reason I booked at The Beach Club was because it had a fitness center. We never used it and for that reason we will never return.

The furnishings in this unit are actually nicer than the ones in the photos for the listing. We saw cheap metal and glass tables and shelves, but the wooden pieces were much nicer and sturdy. We were disappointed that there was no shower door in the master shower. The water pressure was pretty week and the shower was drafty.The elevator was slow and so busy! It made moving in and out with several loads of stuff difficult.We really enjoyed this location and the unit itself.

Wonderful place to stay

This condo is beautiful. It was as described. Everything was clean and new. The beds were very comfortable and everything worked great! We did have to buy extra dish soap and laundry detergent for our week long stay. I think as more people come and leave items the condo will be stocked better. However, the kitchen was fully stocked with pots and pans, even down to a shrimp de-veiner. I would highly recommend this condo to everyone! Thank you for hosting us Hodnett.

Mid-April Stay

We LOVED this property -- nice and clean and close to the pool and beach and getting around SSI. We arrived on a Sunday, so the office was closed. I had never received any email re the check-in process, but fortunately, the phone # I found online was answered promptly and we shortly got our door code. I also never received an answer as to whether or not the condo OWNERS have pets -- and I am deathly allergic to animal fur, so it was a gamble going to the place. We loved the place once we got there!

Better than expected

This was a wonderful property that exceeded our expectations. The condo is inside an older building, and the hallways leading to the condo felt a little crammed and dark. As soon as we opened the doors to the condo, it was a breath of fresh air. It’s been wonderfully updated, light and airy. The bedrooms were roomy and the condo was just what we needed for a family of four. It’s a very quick walk to the beach. The hot tubs were great on chilly days and the pool is beautiful. The condo had some great classic board games which we really enjoyed with our 6-year old. It’s even stocked with a few tennis racquets and balls to use for the tennis courts. We were very pleased with the whole process and hope to return!
