Lake house

Perfect location for our group for a lacrosse tournament. Plenty of space. Enough beds and sleeping for our 9 people Lake was gorgeous and perfect time of year Be prepared for the long walk down to the lake. But we’ll worth it! Easy to communicate with host.

Lake Front Review

The dock was very nice and the location on the lake was great. There are a lot of steps to the dock. Overall it was clean and the 2 ovens in the kitchen made it easy to cook!

Great getaway!

This was a really great property for 4 adults and 3 kids. The bedrooms are spacious, kitchen was great for cooking and the sun room was our favorite. The climb back up to the dock is a haul BUT I was aware from previous reviews and it was worth it for the two level/covered dock. We were able to keep our boat and jetski docked at the house. Another bonus is the location of the house is the northern part of Lanier - there was much less boat traffic. Karona had great response time and was helpful with any questions. We had a great staycation!!

Wonderful Experience

We had a wonderful experience at this lakefront home. House was spotless with lots of room for a total of six adults. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Only thing to note is a steep hike to the lake and dock, but it has an excellent, safe stairway to get you there and back. Highly recommend.

Nice house. Nice dock.

This a very nice house with a nice deep water dock. I didn’t have any complaints, but the stairs to the lake take some athleticism. All bedrooms are upstairs of the house.

Homecoming

The pictures of the property were exactly what we expected. They allowed us to check in at 12:00p instead of the later designated check in time. The deck was the our gathering place because the weather during our stay was delightful. The house was roomy and enough space whereas no one felt cramped. Would rent it again if we needed to return to the area.

Good for early stage rental

The property is lovely and accommodated everyone comfortably. It seems like it has some kinks to work out, tho. Many of the windows including in most of the bedrooms were uncovered so there was no sleeping in. Also there's a rooster across the street. Three bedrooms only had beds - no lamps or bedside tables or dressers. The stairs to the water are substantial (we all got a good workout going up them) and very slippery. Several guests slipped despite multiple warnings. This might be unsafe for anyone with physical limitations. The slip deck is clean and well cared for. You share the cove with 8-10 other homes w boats and there welas only 1 other family using their dock so it seemed quiet. We took a risk since there weren't many reviews and the pictures weren't very transparent about the stairs and it worked out ok for us. Hope this helps the next renter!

Beautiful!

The property was amazing and clean, the host was wonderful and really cared about how you enjoyed your stay, and the dock leading out was beautiful! Loved it here, would definitely stay again!
