Nestled at the base of Cranmore Mountain Resort in North Conway, this beautiful 1200 SF first-floor condo offers ski-in/ski-out access and is just steps away from year-round adventure! There are endless trails for hiking and mountain biking, and in the winter months, ski right out the backdoor to the chairlift! After a day of adventure, unwind in the hot tub or take a dip in the year-round outdoor heated pool. Downtown North Conway, with its charming shops and restaurants, is just a mile away and very walkable or bikable from the condo.

**The Space**
- **Bedrooms:** 2 spacious bedroom suites both with en suite bathrooms
- Bedroom 1: King bed
- Bedroom 2: Queen bed, Twin bunk bed, and a spare twin mattress under the bunk bed
- Pullout sleeper sofa (full size)

- **Bathrooms:** 2.5 baths

Families will love visiting StoryLand and Santa’s Village. Downtown North Conway offers excellent dining, coffee shops, and shopping, just a mile away. Stay on the property to rent mountain bikes and explore the trails, or visit the adventure park featuring a mountain coaster, giant swing, soaring eagle, and summer tubing. Enjoy a scenic chairlift ride to the summit, and stop by the Meister Hut for ice cream, snacks, or a cold brew while taking in the spectacular views.

Family Weekend Getaway

Looking for a quick, last minute end of summer weekend and found this was the perfect place for our “get-together”! Great location, plenty of fun filled activities on-site, clean, nicely appointed property…..for everyone in our group! We look forward to staying here again!

Weekend Getaway

Beautiful condo. We all enjoyed ourselves. Trip to StoryLand was a hit with my Granddaughter Only to finish the day at the resort pool. Communication with owner was seemless. Will definitely go back. So close to everything

Great condo

Being slopeside is amazing and being on the first floor just puts it over the top. For a family of 4, there is tons of space and amenities to please everyone. Can't wait until next year!

Loved this spot. Location is 30 feet from South Quad lift. Condo was spacious and immaculate. Beds were very comfortable and entire stay was seamless. Thank you!

Great place to stay with family/kids

Very clean, like new, and spacious for a family of four (2adults, 2 children). The unit has all your needs with utensils, dishes, pots/pans, towels, etc. Great location to North Conway shops, StoryLand, Jackson Falls and the pool onsite was a bonus. Also great to have access to Cranmore Mtn Adventure (Alpine slide, zip line, bouncy house, etc) right outside the door. The unit is on the first floor and great to come and go out the back patio but we would frequently hear noises from the unit above. Overall a great place to stay and a positive experience.

No privacy/ not walking distance

First, the check I. Process was a bit more complicated than expected. We called number provided twice and went to voicemail. We got a call with code and better explanations within 15-20 minutes. Pool is very small 5ft. Everything on resort is shut down or under construction-worst of all you walk out of your back door and have a field full of random individuals. Was not private by any means. The wall unit made noises throughout our stay- and the shower water was so cold it was unbearable. We left out trip the night before because it was far from expected ..

Wonderful Stay

What a great find. We stayed for Christmas and Laura was so kind to make it extra special by putting up a Christmas tree for us. Being on the main floor was great for the ski in and out. The condo has a nice view of the slopes. It is outfitted with everything you could need while there for your stay. It is nicely decorated with a lodge theme. Beds were comfy, large bathrooms and plenty of space for our family of 5. The fire place was a nice touch and made it so cozy. We brought food and cooked every night in the nicely laid out kitchen. It is a short distance to downtown and the outlets. We checked out the pool and hot tub, but didn’t use it. It was heated, which I am sure one would enjoy after skiing. You will need to either drive there or walk a few minutes away to a different building, but it is a nice walk with a stream near the path and there is a lounge area to warm up after getting out of the pool. We will definitely be back.

Nice place, we enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The adventure park was a bonus!

Nice and clean. If I would say it needed anything it would be another large pot or crockpot. We brought spaghetti and meatballs with us to have for dinner and with only one large pot had to use a frying pan to warm the meatballs. Not a big deal would definitely stay again!

Great location and property.

The condo was spacious and clean. We enjoyed being at the base of Cranmore and close to everything that North Conway has to offer. The pool was a perfect addition.

Amazing property

I don’t even know where to start. We loved our stay. This was the perfect weekend getaway. Location is great. About 3 min to outlets and restaurants. The condo is immaculate and was the perfect size for our family of 8. We loved that we could literally walk right out the door to the Cranmore Adventure Park, then hop in the guests only pool to cool off, after. The kids have already asked if we can come back to ski this winter!

Perfect Location!

This place was perfect! The location can’t be beat! We came up with the intention of going to story land and checking out the cranmore adventures. Little did we realize that meant a mountain coaster out the back door. Our 6 year old had the time of his life and so did his 1 year old sister!! The place felt huge and was laid out nicely! I also appreciated how quiet the rooms could be for nap time. I have zero complaints about our stay! The owners couldn’t have been nicer or more accommodating. We would love to rent this gorgeous property again for future stays! Regards, Amie

Great family unit!

My family and I loved our stay here. My kids are already asking to go back. This unit is gorgeous and super clean. It has a great location. We loved to ski in and ski out, very helpful when you have 3 young skiers. Laura is also very responsive and helpful!!
