Family 4th of July Vacation

The property was very nice, and the owners were wonderful and very responsive. The kitchen was well stocked and the house was very comfortable. We stayed with 4 adult children, my sister and my husband. The location was great for walking down town and participating in the 4th of July activities.

Our vacation

Nice place, very clean, close to alot of things to do. The unit has everything needed to cook in for a group, also there are alot of restaurants close by. We had a good time and would stay again.

Fantastic North Conway Getaway

My family and I stayed in early July and hadba wonderful time. The main living area was spacious with plenty of room for everyone to stretch out. The kitchen was perfect for cooking and family meals in at the table. The condo was perfect for visits to Storyland and Santa's Village as well as exploring North Conway. The air conditioners did a good job at keeping everyone comfortable despite the hear and humodity outside. Judy was very responsive through the booking process and during our stay. There are a considerable number of stairs from the parking spaces to the condo, so that could be difficult for older guests. We would absolutely stay again.

Amazing vacation

The listing and pictures don’t really do justice to this vacation unit. The unit was clean, well stocked and suited our needs perfectly. On top of that, Judy was very responsive and was a pleasure to deal with. Already looking forward to my next North Conway vacation in this unit.

Very impressed with the layout of the condo. Extremely clean and very well appointed. Lots of room. There were 8 of us, and everyone had plenty of space. Location was perfect!

Great location, perfect size!

My family and I had a great stay! The condo location was ideal for the activities we did and there was plenty of space for 10 adults and 4 children. We had enough space as to not be on top of one another. The bedrooms were perfect. Open concept of kitchen, dining and living room was ideal! We would definitely recommend this property and request to stay there in the future!!

Great location!

I can't say enough about Judy and her home. This was perfect for our annual North Conway Vacation. We had plenty of space (5 adults 3 children) and it was nice for the adults to all have king sized beds and separate bathrooms! The house was nestled in a quiet area right next to Cranmore (we walked to the mountain coaster, etc. right from the back yard!). Judy was very responsive during the booking process and answered all of our questions. We would definitely stay here again!

Great rental for family

Stayed 6 nights - my husband and I, our 3 kids (7,5,2) and 1 adult friend, had a great stay. Main floor was spacious and comfortable for our group. Plenty of sleeping space and bathrooms. Kitchen was very well stocked with dishes and pots/pans. Complex pool was heated and quiet and a huge bonus with the kids. Owner was very responsive and helpful. Location is great for Story Land, Echo Lake and any other North Conway area sites. Would definitely stay again.

This unit is not only luxury but it is big for a family and adults to enjoy. Great private pool so close to all attractions.the owner is very responsive to calls and emails texts etc but you won't need to contact her. try this unit it highly recommended.

Everything was great. Easy access to North Conway. Only downside was the overall dampness of the basement rooms. The dehumidifier had to be emptied at least twice daily and family members with dust/mold allergies had a little bit of a rough time.

Main Floor was beautiful but the bedrooms need work

The main floor of the condo was beautiful and renovated. The basement bedroom was impossible to use by our pregnant daughter due to the smell of mold. The upstairs bedrooms had no TVs and really should. Also, there was listed that you have a grill outside which was not there. The owner advised that you cant have them yet many units did. Also, the TV took quite some time to fix but the owner was very patient as we worked through a long time to get it fixed which I was very appreciative of as it was important to see the hockey games.

Perfect Vacation

Our trip to North Conway was very relaxing and exactly what I had pictured. The check in was very easy; Judy had emailed me exactly what to expect when I got there. The condo is clean and newly renovated. The location is quiet but yet minutes away from the center of North Conway. We enjoyed the pool, mini golfing, Cranmore Adventure Park, shopping and visited Echo Lake State Park. It was perfect! Thank you Judy!

Lovely condo...possessing all amenities guests would need.Fab location! Only downside was parking space in relation to the front door. There were a lot of stairs which made it difficult to transport luggage and groceries. We are an older couple...younger guests would probably not have a problem.

The condo is spacious, very quiet, clean, and has everything you need for a weeks stay.

July 2021 North Conway

A group of 18 (family and friends) were looking for a place around Storyland & Santas Village. We found this listing and reached out. I was pleasantly surprised that the owner of this unit had another unit available right next door. We were able to book both units and had an amazing time. Lots of room in the units and close to the pool, too (bonus)! The owner (Judy) was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay.

We are lifelong residents of Beverly Massachusetts. Wayne is a Captain with American Airlines and Judy is Technology Director for the public schools in Beverly. Both children have graduated from college and have jobs in Boston. Our daughter Jacquelyn has just completed her MBA degree from Boston University.

Our family has enjoyed Condo 18 for over 20 years. Judy's dad purchased the property in 1989 and for years we have spent every weekend and holiday in the Condo during the winter but in the summer we tend to spend our free time at home in Beverly. We would like to share our beautiful, spacious condo with others who would enjoy a summer visit in the heart of the white mountains.
