Adorable beach house 300 yards from Sea Street Beach. Queen size bed in main bedroom, second bedroom sleeps 4, 1 full and 2 twins. Bed in sunroom for napping after your day at the beach. Central AC, hardwood floors, outdoor shower, deck, grill, large fenced in back yard includes yard games. Fully appointed and includes linens and towels. Full bathroom on the main floor and half bathroom upstairs. This sweet beach house is an easy walk to the beach and Sundae School, perfect for a family vacation!

Another Great Stay in Dennis Port

This was our second year at this lovely home. Location is perfect. Easy walk to the beach and local stores and restaurants. The house provides all amenities you can think of for a beach vacation!

This property was exceptional. The property was clean and exactly as described. The loft was comfortable and private with half bath. The location perfect walk to beach. The fenced backyard had grill and comfortable seating. Great communication with host.

Lovely Cape Home

We so enjoyed our vacation at this lovely cape home. We especially enjoyed the large backyard, deck, and close proximity to the beach. The bicycles were a nice surprise and the home had everything we needed. We'd stay here again!

Perfect getaway

We had a nice time at Deb’s place. Short walk to the beach, lots of places to walk to for breakfast for lunch or dinner. House had everything we needed. I would definitely rent this house again.

Wonderful Stay on the Cape

The Cape is our go-to vacation spot and this house did not disappoint. It was cozy and very well-appointed. There was a lot of care taken to decorate the house with all of the feels of the Cape! Deborah was a wonderful host, super responsive and proactive in making sure that we were comfortable in the home. We would definitely stay again.

Very pleasant stay

The house has everything we needed: enough space, central air, beautiful sun room, outdoor shower, fenced off back yard. And it’s stocked with necessities. We didn’t have to call the owner, but she made her phone number available to us.

Girls Week Get-A-Way

This was a cozy cottage with everything you need provided. A quick walk to Sea St. beach and my favorite, Sundae School Ice Cream Parlor! Walking distance to food and beach. We met the host Deborah Brady, and she was very friendly and accommodating.

Amazing location

This property was perfect walking distance to beach and dining. Great yard for our dog. Second floor beds and bathroom were perfect for our kids. Unfortunately the washer/dryer weren't working the week we were there, despite Deb's efforts to repair/replace.

Cozy family friendly home

My family of 6 stayed for a week and we all fit comfortably. The house was clean, fully stocked, and the owner was a pleasure to speak to and very prompt with communication. The neighborhood was quiet and the walk to the beach was great! My dog loved the fenced in yard. Would definitely recommend and we would stay again if we visit again!

Cozy cottage with great backyard

This little house was perfect for our needs. The big backyard is a great spot for hanging out and our dog loved it! Very short walk to the beach and the wagon was handy for carrying chairs/umbrellas. The house is immaculate and well-equipped/organized. We had everything we needed and the inside gathering areas were small but very comfortable. We loved our week here and would not hesitate to book again!

Cape Escape

Great house! The location of the house is perfect. We barely used our car as we were able to walk everywhere. So many thoughtful amenities and everything you would need for a beach vacation. Our friends stopped by with their young children who also loved the house. The yard was great for our dog. Hope to be back again next year!

Perfect place

This house met and exceeded our expectations. The yard is huge and fun. The house had everything we could think to need. Debbie was so easy and welcoming. We will be back, as we didn't get a chance to use the Margarita machine! The sun room was our favorite spot, so comfy and perfect for reading.

Family Vacation

Deb was amazing! She has thought of everything you will need. The yard was huge for the Cape. The dog had lots of room to run and play ball. The house was clean and fully stocked with lots of linens and towels. The washer and dryer and dishwasher made the week even better. Short walk to the beach. It was a wonderful trip for the whole family.

Cute cottage close to sea street beach

It was a nice neighborhood with close walk to the beach. Great fenced in yard for dog. The outdoor shower was great as well. It would have been nice to have more storage space upstairs. Toilet has a very loose seat that I would recommending fixing and front storm door wouldn’t close properly, though we were told about this in advance! Thanks for an overall nice week at the beach.

Carol, I appreciate you letting me know on the review that there is an issue with one of the toilet seats. I am sorry that I didn’t know that it was such a problem during your stay, or it could have been addressed immediately. Regarding the storage upstairs, we will look to see how we can add additional storage, beyond the drawers under the beds and the hanging rack. We ask that the storm door is closed properly each time that you use it, so that it doesn’t catch in the Cape wind. I will go and check it tomorrow to see if there is a problem with it and repair if necessary. I am disappointed by your 3 star review, and sorry that you feel the issues you stated impacted your stay to the point of giving such a low score. I hope that you enjoyed everything else the house has to offer, including the bicycles, yard games, margarita machine and easy access to the beach. We will continue to try to improve the house wherever possible.

Family Wedding Weekend

Super Cute and Clean! Quiet Street Easy walk to Sea Street Beech and Sundae School Ice Cream Bonus fenced in back yard that my daughters dog loved! Owner, Deb was very nice and responsive. First floor has Bedroom with full bath. Upstairs is a large loft with spiral staircase off LR and 1/2 bath upstairs..plus outdoor shower. The house was very nicely decorated and appointed well. Was very comfortable with both central air and fans. We were there for a Wedding and it worked out great. (Only thing i was looking for was a full length mirror when getting dressed.) We very much enjoyed our stay!
