The property is perfect for our needs. It is in a great location, is very comfortable and has all the amenities we want. Beth, our host, is very accommodating and easy to communicate with.

Thanksgiving beach retreat

The property is as lovely as shown in the pictures. The owner described it exactly as it is, spectacular! It far exceeds expectations for a beach rental, especially one that allows dogs. Amenities surpass a starter kit. You don’t have to rush to Publix, which is actually very close, to buy the basics. This provides some relief after traveling and it really gets things started on a relaxed note. It’s very clean and organized. No trouble settling in. We felt very at home and I would have stayed longer if I could. This was our second year renting in the complex (unit 1 last year), and we’re so lucky to have found the property. We will definitely rent here again. Highly recommend!

Perfect home away from home

This unit is off the street, so once you enter the noise goes away. The property is exactly as shown in the online pictures with nice decor, very lovely. We found the unit very clean. The kitchen is setup very well with everything you could need including spices. Plenty of storage throughout the unit was great in keeping our stuff contained. Just a short 1 block walk to the beach, with flashing lights to cross the street, made it so easy to get to have a great time.The wrapped deck was spacious and wonderful, one of our favorite places. We enjoyed the tiki bar and loved the grill. We spent hours in the evening on the deck. With the palm trees along the edge, it created a sense of privacy and provided a nice buffer from the neighbors behind.All in all, we enjoyed our time here and hope to be back!

Beautiful vacation

This was an excellent home away from home! Clean, decorated beautifully, lots of extras and very conveniently located. Very nice and helpful owner. Awesome deck with tiki bar. I would highly recommend.

Perfect Christmas at the Beach

Nicely appointed kitchen with great outdoor space. Well thought out layout to accommodate Christmas dinner with family. If I could make just one suggestion, it would be to have shades over the skylights in the bedroom - for me, vacation = sleeping in a little which is hard to do with the sun streaming in (though maybe that’s the idea - get out to the beach!). Check in and out processes were a breeze. Neighborhood was convenient and safe. Highly recommend!

Absolutely fantastic!

I can't say enough good things about this property. The decor was top-notch, they provided everything you could possibly need and all top-quality. The location was perfect; across the street from the beach, close to lots of restaurants and a Publix. The patio provided outdoor space that was private, so that you didn't have to stay inside if you were hanging out at home. We brought our (small) dog and it was perfect for her, as well. There's a very nice dog park about 1 1/2 blocks away with a huge fenced area, with water fountains and a dog washing station. she could be outside with us at the house, since the patio area is completely fenced. The only unfortunate thing was that she wasn't allowed on any of the nearby beaches, but the dog park was ideal for her to run off her energy! My only hesitation is praising this property too much is that the secret will get out and it won't be available the next time I want to stay!

I loved this property. Whoever did the décor, thumbs up to you. Was a little concerned when seeing the outside, but that vanished once inside.

Beautiful place to be for a "Tropical Storm Vacation"

Although it rained every day [sometimes all day], it was great to be in such a beautifully appointed condo that lives up to the pictures. We enjoyed it quite a bit, cooked on the outdoor grill and would have spent time out on the spacious deck had it not been for all the rain! Please understand that the owners can't control the weather, it's just what happened during our unfortunate week. We would highly recommend this property -- central air is KEY when looking at staying in an area as hot as Indian Rocks Beach. The other 2 places that we've stayed at previously only had window air conditioners in 1 or 2 rooms. We've been vacationing in IRB every other year for the past 6 years and this is BY FAR the best place that we've stayed at. Yes, it might be a little more expensive, but you get what you pay for.

We loved the property for it’s proximity to the beach which was a four minutes walk.

The property was clean, with chic decor is soothing colors just what you need for an Relax & Rejuvenate, the spacious storage areas all tucked in made the vacation home splendid, the tiki bar with a grill was a bonus to our stay we utilized it in the evening to chill out & unwind. Thank you for renting us an awesome vacation home, the ambiance & beautiful weather since the rain stayed away made our vacation with the kids most memorable. We loved the couch bed, it supplemented our one bedroom rental. We look forward to renting in the future & have referred our friends as well. Best Regards, Charles & Patricia Kongere

Superb stay

On our arrival the premises were well presented and spotlessly clean. There was plenty of information about the premises and the local area with recommendations as to which places to visit. We arrived early and Beth allowed us to use the parking area and the beach equipment. She also sent a text when the premises were ready, some two hours before our actual check in time. We also noticed that there wasn’t a kettle so I contacted Beth and the following morning she bought one and delivered it personally. All in all we could not fault anything and will certainly be revisiting in the future.

Perfect spot near the beach

Extremely nice and well maintained. The location is perfect and is right next to the beach, restaurants, bus stop, cross walk, and a nature preserve. The outdoor space is awesome. I really can't find any faults with this place - it's perfect.

Really fantastic property and location

We have just enjoyed a fantastic stay at Beach Retreat. The property is luxurious, beautifully decorated & really well equipped. For us as a family it was like staying at a five store hotel but better because of the space, kitchen etc The outdoor deck & BBQ bar are amazing. The location right beside the beach & great restaurants also make this a brilliant place to stay. If we are lucky enough to return to Indian Rocks Beach we wouldn't stay anywhere else! Best Florida stay ever.

As my sister and I arrived at our destination, we ended up meeting the landlord (very nice gentleman). We actually arrived early and went to a dog park with our dogs. About 30 minutes later our landlord messaged us with an "ok" to return to our rental apartment and move in for the week. I have to say this place is everything and more of what we expected. Everything was fantastic the pictures did not do justice to how pretty this place was. We even had this personal touch "a welcome sign with our name on it" . This place litterly had everything you wanted or needed. I especially LOVED the kitchen with VIKING appliances. A short walk across the street and you were at the Beach. I would love to come back to this wonderful place every year. I really have to say that this was the first time in 30+ years that I have ever had such a beautiful place to stay at........... would love to live there, that is how pretty and well taking care off this property was. If possible I would like to return this spring and book another vacation there unless of course the prices are not in my budget. I have already checked on returning the weekend after we returned and got back home. To anyone reading this............ this is my number 1 spot of Indian Rocks/Clearwater vacation. LOVE it LOVE it LOVE it. Thank you
