Upon entering our driveway, you will see why we are called Shangri La Hideaway! Steps away from the world-famous Sombrero Beach and 3 minutes to open water of the Atlantic and a few more minutes through Sisters Creek and under the 7 Mile Bridge you are in the Gulf of Mexico!

We provide a beautiful 4 bedroom and 4-bathroom home that has a spectacular coastal décor for anyone to enjoy and relax while you are visiting. Our home can accommodate plenty of room for any family or friends wanting to come together to catch up, watch a movie, swim or relax around the pool area, fish off the dock or sit around doing nothing. Our home is approximately 2000 Sq ft. of luxury living while you are at our private home.

The main living space offers a kitchen, dining and living room that are is an open concept to allow everyone to gather around the table and talk about your amazing day on the water, beach or just lounging around at our home catching a few winks.
The kitchen island for prepping your catch of the day is nothing shy of amazing and the sink and dishwasher are readily available to you at our island. Plenty of seating at the dining table and stools at the island for up to 10 guests. The kitchen provides a flat top cook stove, French door refrigerator, dishwasher, drip coffee pot and Keurig and a starter pack of coffee/creamer is provided to help get you going in the morning just in case you arrive late to our home along with many amenities located in our pantry to help anyone who enjoys cooking, and that includes the large lobster pot for those who adore a great lobster boil like we do!

Living room provides a large sectional for many to sit and relax on and adds as an added sleeping area for guests who don’t want to share a bed. The large 50-inch Smart TV is available for your viewing of movies or listening to music.
Just off the living room and kitchen area is a large open balcony with table and chairs and extra outdoor seating to enjoy the cool breezes coming from the water. Table provides seating for up to 6 guests and comfortable seating at the couch area for up to 6 guests. What a view of the pool area to enjoy.

Our 1st bedroom on the left is our master bedroom that offers a very comfortable king bed, dresser, nightstands and its own private bathroom with stunning walk-in shower to wash all that salt off of you from a long day on the water. 2nd bedroom provides another comfortable bed that is a queen, dresser, nightstands and its own private walk-in shower. 3rd bedroom provides another comfy queen bed, dresser, and has a shared bathroom with bedroom 4. 4th bedroom provides a twin trundle bed and twin bunk beds, dresser and tv. Bathroom 4 is shared with 3rd and 4th bedrooms and provides a complete tub/shower combination for families with little ones who still like a bath before bed.

The washer/dryer is located on the main living area for your convenience and provided in our home is an on-demand water heater, so nobody takes a cold shower! Laundry soap, bleach, and dryer sheets are provided for you during your stay.

Located on the lower level of our home is a comfortable game or family room that provides a foosball table, Smart TV and many games for family night. A bathroom/shower is provided for your convenience to shower before entering our private and spectacular pool area after a long day out on the water, snorkeling or diving. Large patio doors are opened up to another stunning outdoor living area with table and chairs, comfortable couch for lounging and one amazing pool for any weary traveler longing to bask in the sun on one of our lounger chairs or cozy up with a pool toy and soak up the Vitamin D and Sea we are able to offer you in the Florida Keys.
Also added to our home for your convenience is a LP gas grill, large commercial ice machine, bait freezer, and fish cleaning table just off the 50-foot dock. Our home is located on a wide canal and just a mere minute or two to open water and straight out to the world-famous Sombrero Light house for snorkeling on one of the amazing, protected coral reefs the Florida Keys has to offer, what more can you ask for at Shangri La Hideaway?

We are proud to show you why we are a little piece of paradise in our family friendly home, and we are located next door to one of the most rented places in Marathon, Shangri La Beach House. We are able to rent our home with our neighbor, Shanri La Beach House, 5BR/5BA, to allow up to a 12-bedroom rental for many large family gatherings up to 22 guests! That VRBO number is 1996166 if you are interested in booking a large family/friendly gathering. 2 houses, 2 pools, 2 amazing houses next to each other for a spectacular vacation for all. Did we mention that house has an upper deck for viewing sunsets?
