Perfect location. Easy access to the beach. Only a short drive to all the best restaurants and shops. Room was comfortable and the balcony was amazing. We will definitely stay again.

This was a great place to stay with easy access to the beach. It was also close to restaurants and stores to go shopping. We enjoyed our stay.

Ocean view

It was a nice location with the perfect view to the beach. Easy to go from Gulf Shores and Orange Beach. The manager was very responsive when asked questions even on a holiday weekend. I definitely recommend and would stay with again.

Had a great time. Condo was very clean and comfortable. The views of the Gulf from the balcony were beautiful.. With the State Park right across the street, getting to the beach was quick and easy. I had a great stay..

Girls trip

Easy to complete once I found the place I wanted, beautiful view with a balcony, distance to the beach was great. Was perfect for 2 adults and 3 teenage girls

Great Birthday Present!

I truly enjoyed this property. I visited for my birthday with my family and it was perfect! The location was absolutely prime--a quick walk to the beach across the street and restaurants within minutes of the stay. The best part had to be the view from the balcony. Every morning, I was able to enjoy the sunrise and peaceful shores. Great experience and great property!

Beautiful condo

The view was amazing! Pool was very nice. Awesome access to the beach, right across the street. I had a problem with the sliding balcony door but the maintenance person promptly fixed it. Overall it was just what i wanted for a beach getaway!

Great condo! Great location! We loved it!

Loved it, was spacious enough and the kids enjoyed it and the bunk beds. The only thing that I was disappointed in was the long walk through the sand to get to the beach but well worth the stay! And that’s not the properties fault.

View of the unspoiled dunes!

The condo was even better than pictured. There was a new sofa, recliner and artwork in the living room that was beautiful! The view was amazing and an easy walk directly across the street to beach access. The place was spotless and had everything we needed. We did not cook during our stay but the unit had everything you would need if you choose to do so. Highly recommend!

Vacation

Condo was way to small to accommodate 6 people. Didn't advertise it would be inside a state park. Booked for 7 nights and only got 6 nights.

Thank you for taking the time write your letter. However, several of the items mentioned in your letter deserve some clarification as to accuracy. This unit can comfortably sleep 6 people and does so repeatedly throughout the season. This property is NOT located in a state park. The Gulf State Park is indeed nearby but does not include this property. I reviewed your reservation and you booked for 6 nights, not seven. You may have confused yourself by counting the days in your reservation and not the actual nights.

Overall good.

The stay here was I really great. However, the room from 2-8 stayed extremely hot. We kept the blinds and curtains closed- but the place still remained 78-82 degrees (was set on 70). We did have a few problems - but the manager fixed them very promptly! The place is nice - but little places for storage, bags, etc. In order to cross to the beach, you cross a very busy road with no light or crosswalk this was fine for us - however, if I had kids, I’d like to know this. Overall, great place to stay!

Nice place to stay depending on neighbors

We loved the condo itself and the check in process except of course the late check in time of 4 in the evening, that sucks and is a waste of a day. I hate that hotels and condos have changed check in times over the years to so late in the evenings. The only other bad thing was other tenants not respecting others, allowing their kids to bang on other people's doors and run up and down the walkways by doors nonstop from late at night til early morning hours. Need somebody policing quiet time and not allowing kids to run around after midnight disturbing others.

We met some really nice people there. Our main concerns were addressed as promptly as can reasonably be expected. We wouldn't return, however, mostly due to: cleanliness, lack of a board walk to the beach, and overall dated nature of the property. Not all of that can be helped. The cleanliness of the floors was addressed. It was the last night while packing and looking for our daughters lost toy block we saw tons of spilled cereal and a broken beer bottle under the stove and fridge. I just need a more thoroughly cleaned place. Baseboards, rugs, banisters…I expect it all to be deeply cleaned. The walk to the beach could be so much easier with a similar rubber mat along the first third or half of the wall from the road. Similar to what is at the public access. We went there twice just for ease even though we preferred being close to our room. Again, kind property managers and maintenance staff and residents, but not the top choice for us in the future.

Poor Communication

We had "workmen" walk into our locked unit while we were sitting there one morning. We contacted Beachball Property management immediately, over an hour later we received a message "We know nothing about this, we will check with HOA. I sent a follow up message......NEVER received any communication or explanation. Unsure of safety after that, how many others have the code. Again on checkout morning....the door unlocks and the cleaning lady walked in "Oh....you're still here ?" It was 8:30 am, we were told and reminded checkout was 10 am. Disapponited in lack of basic supplies.....no cleansers, no toilet cleaner, not even a dishcloth, one garbage bag for a month. We purchased a bath mat, a bath rug, and a removable suction safety grab bar for our peace of mind.
