The air-conditioned apartment (classified 3*) of 82m² is located on the Seafront on the 2nd floor of a 3-storey residence with elevator and can accommodate up to 6 people. It enjoys a breathtaking view of the sea and the port of Royan.
All modern comforts are there for a peaceful stay to the sound of the waves. For those who will be present during the summer, the fireworks will hold no secrets for you; seen from the 15m² balcony it is wonderful.
The entrance opens directly onto the living room. The apartment is completely renovated and updated.
A living room overlooks the sea. It is distributed as follows:
One side dining room with a very comfortable table and chairs. A living room with a large sofa bed, a television, internet and board games. From this area you can go to the balcony where you can have your coffee (table and chairs available).
The fully equipped kitchen provides a microwave, two coffee makers (Nespresso and filter), a fridge/freezer, a dishwasher, ceramic hobs, an oven, a hood ...
In the back kitchen is the washing machine.
A corridor leads to the sleeping area which is composed of two independent bedrooms.
The first bedroom has a 140 bed (2 people), a large cupboard. This room, full sea view, gives access to the balcony. An office area is available.
The second bedroom has two 80 cm beds (which can be pushed together) and a large closet.

Parking is on the street, many free spaces are there.
Linen is not included in the price but can be provided according to your request and with an extra charge as well as the beds made. Duvets and pillows available

Nocturnal noise is punishable by the intervention of the police. House rules requiring calm in the Residence from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
