We had a wonderful stay! The house was exactly as described and we have no complaints. A couple of minor issues came up during our visit but Amy was very quick to respond and get everything resolved. We really appreciated the communication and care in making sure we enjoyed our stay. We would happily recommend this rental and hope to return in the future!

Our first time to Mexico Beach & this was the best stay. Very easy walk to the beach, plenty of room for 4 adults and 4 kids. We enjoyed being in walking distance to restaurants, coffee, and ice cream! The house was very clean, the host gave us lots of information and recommendations. We also were given very clear check in & check out info. We hope to stay here again next summer!

My family and I had a lovely time. The house is beautiful! Perfect location for a short walk to the beach. The neighborhood is very cute. We loved having the lagoon behind the house. As well as pool access. Perfect for a family vacation.

Staying at the Dock Holiday with our children and grandchildren was a dream come true! Everything about the property was exactly as described. The location was perfect! The canal was great for hanging out, fishing, and walking with our grandchildren. The beach was close enough to easily walk with small children. The beach accessories provided were really awesome to supplement what we brought! The decor was so Floridian, beachy and cozy. It was a perfect size to accommodate our family. There were so many thoughtful touches that made it feel like home. The pool access was so nice and convenient. We could not have been happier! We all want to come back next year! We had a wonderful stay and special memories were made!

Dock holiday

This house was very nice! Very spacious with all rooms. Includes most things you would need for your stay! Would definitely be back and recommend.

Beautiful Oceanview Property

This property was everything we could have hoped for. Clean, right across the street from the beach, and just an overall beautiful property. The owner was extremely helpful and willing to provide information about the area and any other questions. We definitely look forward to staying again.

Best Place on the Gulf!

From its' cleanliness to its' location, there was nothing but awesomeness! The ONLY drawback to staying here is a shortage of close places to eat. Just bring extra food!

Fabulous Vacation

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property! As soon as we walked thru the door it felt like home. The home was lovely! We had everything we needed and then some! The beach is just a short walk away and the people in the community are so nice and friendly. The owner “Amy” was quick to respond anytime I had a question. We cannot wait to go back!

WORRY FREE & STOCKED LARGE VACAY HOME!

We LOVED this home. We had 4 adults and 4 kids and there would have been room for more if we needed. Open floor plan, large space for eating and hanging out. Dock/ canal was so fun. Very well stocked with probably 40 towels, a box of garbage bags, all laundry items you could ever need, coffee/tea, even a million boxes of tissues all over. This place was true comfort and convenience. Excellent communication from the host, Amy. PERFECT LOCATION, we could walk to beach, Mango Marly's, Shell Shack, and the newly opened Forgotten Coast Brewery. We can't say enough about this rental. We've rented in Mexico Beach for 40 years and this was our best yet! Thank you!

Amazing home

Probably one of the most relaxing trips my family and I have gone on. The cottage was beautifully decorated and had every amenity readily available. The canal in the back yard was amazing to sit near after a great dinner. The walk to the beach was flat and easy and with all the beach carts available it made it that much easier. Bicycles are provided and in great shape. Ample Garage space and storage makes it very convenient to store the sandy beach gear after a long day on the beach. With a short 20 minute drive to Port St. Joe, shopping and dining flood the streets. Tim and Amy really go out of their way to make their guests feel at home. The beds were extremely comfortable and the top floor has two beds and two tv’s for the kids. After a long day on the sand we came back to a nice cool home. The new A/C that was put in was amazing. Thank you for allowing us to enjoy this piece of heaven!!!!

Wonderful Beach House

Great property! Had everything we needed and was a short walk to the beach. Everyone had their own space and a lovely dining table where we all could enjoy our meals together. Hope to stay again.

Family Spring Break

We had an excellent stay at this property. The pictures and location were very accurate. The house was very clean, close to the beach, area was very quiet. Just a short walk to restaurants and ice cream. While we were there, the air conditioner went out, one of life's unforeseen events. The owner was extremely prompt in having the issue addressed, made sure we were comfortable and taken care of. I would highly recommend this property.

The Great Eight

A group of eight educators on spring break. We were looking for a nice beach, not terribly crowded and we hit the jackpot. The house was beautifully decorated, close to pool and beach. Home owners were very easy to work with. I can’t wait to go back!!

Everything you want and more

We loved the property it was perfectly located to all the things we love to do on the forgotten coast. Plenty of space, well stock and the owner was very helpful in answering any questions. I highly recommend this home for your next stay at the beach.

Beautiful beach home

Our family enjoyed staying at Dock Holiday for our annual after Christmas family beach vacation. The home was beautiful, had everything we needed and there was plenty of space for our family to relax. The location was perfect and close to all of our activities. Fantastic Vacation

This was our first time to Mexico Beach and we couldn't have had a better time. We will surely come back. The house was just as advertised, well stocked, clean and felt brand new. Short 5 minute walk to the beach and we brought our boat and docked it at the house on the canal and were in gulf waters in 20 minutes. The restaurant Mango Marley's was next door and the food was great. Also an easy walk to get fresh fish and shrimp from the local seafood market. Mexico Beach is a great, low key beach town, I would highly recommend it. The owner Amy was very responsive and a pleasure to deal with.
