Beautiful Updated Home on Dahlia St Central Denver w/ big yard
This house is great for extended stays or quick weekends in Denver.
Beautifully updated 4 bed 3 bath home with large back yard, extended driveway, and lots of off street parking! Garage is not included. This 1800 sq ft ranch home features a beautiful open floor plan with back patio and LARGE outdoor space. There is a master bedroom on its own wing with large walk in shower, soaking tub, and double vanities. 3 other bedrooms are serviced by another modern remodeled hallway bath on the other end of the home. There is powder bath off the living area to make 3 separate bathrooms. The home has been recently remodeled with new windows, refinished natural hardwoods, new carpet, new beds, new paint, brand new kitchen, and plush master set up. The home has a fireplace and smart TV and dining table in the living room. There is 2 driveways and a large garage for storage and tons of parking. RV parking on the driveway is available. There is a large private yard. Large gardens coming Spring 2022.
Large pets are not allowed at the home but animals are considered on a case by case basis. Please message us with details. The hot tub in the pictures is no longer at the home so there is NO HOTTUB.
