A-zone boutique style vacation rental in quiet family neighborhood. We are 8 houses from the beach on beach block. You will feel right at home as you settle into the comfy coastal cottage feel with all the amenities you need to kick back and reset on beach time. Entire home NEWLY furnished 2021. Three bedrooms with Allswell and Linenspa mattresses, all outfitted with GAP HOME bedding and linens that are also provided.

Spacious kitchen with large dining table that seats 8 and there are three additional barstools at the island. Well equipped accoutrements any chef would appreciate, there’s also a toaster oven & coffee bar set up to start the morning off right.

Large backyard with new outdoor enclosed shower. Paver patio with table for 8, cantilever umbrella and Weber BBQ. Lounge on Adirondack chairs or join in on family lawn games! Shady covered front patio will be your favorite spot to unwind and chill on the couches. Are you ready to relax and enjoy all that Brigantine has to offer, we hope that our Posto Al Sole (place in the sun) becomes your family's favorite summer getaway!

PROVIDED FOR YOUR USE: Regular & Decaf Coffee/Teas, Olive oil, condiments, basic starter supplies (TP, paper towel roll, hand soap, shampoo/body wash, kitchen sponge/dishwashing liquid/dishwasher tabs) and wooden hangers in closets.

SORRY no pets. No exceptions. This policy is in place to protect guests with severe allergies and ensure a safe, comfortable environment for everyone.
