Relaxing 4 bedroom 3 bath 2045 sq. ft. home. The living room, dining room and kitchen are open concept providing a spacious first floor area. The first floor features a master suite, 2 additional bedrooms and 2 baths. The second floor includes a large bonus room, and a bedroom suite with 4 single beds and a new bathroom with a walk-in shower. All bedrooms feature USB outlets for convenient charging of your devices. Ideally located, the house is a very short walk to both the beach and the center of town. Enjoy the covered porch while relaxing with your coffee and a good beach read. Off season rentals welcome! **ALL STAYS UNDER A WEEK HAVE AN ADDITIONAL CLEANING FEE**This home is attached to the property next door and has a shared yard.4 PM CHECK IN**VRBO Renters – Please note, the initial service fee paid, is strictly a VRBO fee and is not paid to Jersey Cape Realty. Excellent Property!

We were in Cape May for the Exit Zero Jazz Festival. This property was perfect for 4 couples. The house is a short walk to the main venue at the Convention Hall. All the house amenities were great! Very comfortable! Excellent kitchen! We would stay here again!

Beautiful Cape May House

This house was perfect location for our girl’s weekend trip to Cape May. The house is within walking distance to just about everything you need (Shopping, restaurants, beach, Grocery store, and more). It is beautifully decorated, very clean, spacious rooms, and well maintained. We received a little Magic, there was a specialty bag of coffee and chocolate chip cookies you can bake. That was a very nice touch. Will definitely stay here again!

Perfect location. This house was awesome!

I visited Cape May with my husband and 3 friends. The bedroom arrangement was perfect for our group and gave everyone the space and comfort that we needed for an amazing vacation. I can't say enough about the location. Our favorite bars and restaurants were mere blocks away. We regularly walked to Washington Mall, Congress Hall, the beach and even Acme, the grocery store. We rented bikes that were easily stored in the backyard and we appreciated the beach gear that came with the rental. The house is modern, clean, has comfy furniture and is great for group travel and families. We've rented several places in Cape May over the years. This one is our new favorite! Thank you for hosting our stay.

Spacious Cape May Home

My family party of three adults and three teens had a wonderful time at this spacious, comfortably furnished and well maintained property. We especially appreciated that the kids had their own floor where they could hang out, watch tv, etc. The kitchen was well-equipped for meal preparation. The location was a great -- a very short walk to town and the beach.

RENT THIS HOUSE IF YOU'RE GOING TO CAPE MAY!

If you are looking for an immaculate, homey, house with great space (inside and out), this is your place. You can walk to beaches, the Washington Street shopping area, restaurants, an arcade, a grocery store, and a fantastic coffee shop! I can't say enough about this house, the owners and Jersey Cape Realty! Excellent experience. We will be back!

Cape Holiday, Early Spring

We enjoyed a wonderful week at the Cape. Everything in the house was just as advertised: very clean, very comfortable, and the location is ideal: a few minutes on foot to the beach and to the center of town. We had such a lovely time that we're planning a return trip. The agency was most responsive and very professional. A ten, all around.

Great girls getaway!

This is the second time we've rented this home in Cape May. It's in a perfect location, easy to walk to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. The home is spacious and clean. Beds are very comfortable, bathrooms large. Enough space for everyone. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect for any get-away!

We were a party of women just looking to get together before we all turned 50 years old. We went from prom table to your beautiful guest home. Not only did we enjoy the beautiful communal spaces of the home but also relished the ability to find quiet little places of our own. Thank you to the owners for creating this ideal get-away location as well as a thank you to the staff at the realtor's office for making transactions so easy!
