Minutes away from Westgate entertainment district, Desert Diamond Casino and all that Phoenix has to offer.

Family Weekend

Great place to stay! We had no problems and enjoyed our time. The home has a great layout, very comfortable and Steve was very attentive and available. Would definitely stay again.

Marriage weekend

We were in town for our daughter’s wedding and the house was perfect for our adult family. We actually had a little time to hang out by the pool and had a few other guests over for a backyard barbecue. The location was great and we would definitely rent again!

Great family stay for college graduation.

We stayed a Thursday - Monday. It was easy to book and communicate with the property owner. The home was accommodating to the family. The pool was a focus on the hot days. Over a good experience.

Very, comfortable home

We were amazed by the large common area in this house. It worked well for our group of 4 adults but would accommodate larger groups with kids nicely. Four bedrooms and 3 baths was just what we were looking for. Everyone enjoyed having their own space which was far less expensive than hotel rooms.

Nice place, beautiful neighborhood

Central locations was great for getting to games and very nice neighborhood to walk. Didn't get to take advantage of the pool as it was early March and pretty chilly, but the back yard was quiet and relaxing. The house was huge, had everything you could possibly need in the kitchen and lots of space to spread out if you have a large group. The host Steve was extremely responsive when we had questions and the rental was handled professionally, which was much appreciated.

Recent stay

We traveled to Glendale for a graduation with a party of 7 adults. There was lots of space and we all slept comfortably. The pool and backyard set up was the perfect place to relax and unwind. Close to stores, graduation site, and flower shops. The host was prompt with his communication and left lots of great information on local entertainment, activities, and restaurants.

Perfect stadium location

We needed a place to stay near the cardinals stadium for a long weekend that was family friendly and this place delivered. The property was clean, updated, and the best part was the pool! With six of us in total, there was plenty of space (and then some). Everything we could need was supplied for us, so we really didn’t even need to leave the house. The host was responsive and so nice (although we didn’t encounter any issues where we needed to reach out). I would highly recommend staying here for any Westgate event, or if you just want a nice staycation.

Beautiful large home a must stay.

Steve was an amazing host. His home was beautiful. We didn’t get to enjoy it as much as we liked due to being so busy with baseball tournaments and spring training games. The time we did spend there was great. Pool was like ice cubes though wish it was a little bit hotter outside. Backyard was large and clean. Bed was very comfortable. Process was extremely easy and we were sad we had to leave. If I’m ever in the area again I will def be staying here again. Thank you very much for the awesome time we had. FYI neighborhood is very quiet and neighbors are friendly house is in a culdesac for those with kids.

Great house other than NO RECYCLING and horrible intenet

We loved the house but several issues: 1. We know Glendale has recycling pick up and we were EXTREMELY dismayed that there was no provision for this. In this day and age, everyone should be recycling. 2. The internet is not very good. It kept buffering every couple of minutes when we tried to stream. I had to use my HDMI cable to be able to watch anything on TV. We enjoyed it very much outside of these items. We contacted the owner with our concerns and were dismayed there was zero response (we sent a message 4 days ago).

Perfect size, and location !

There was absolutely nothing wrong with this property, or property manager - as a matter of fact, we needed one more night added on at the last minute for a late night flight, and the property manager accommodated our needs immediately ! Unfortunately, the flight was cancelled and my daughter was stranded at LAX for almost 48 hours, so didn't join us until Saturday morning. I didn't receive my checking out notification "rules" until after we had checked out, so I quickly asked if I could go back to take care of the things we didn't do, but I was heading in the same direction so just stopped by (plus forgot the kitty litter box too). Housekeeping let me retrieve the litter box, and let me know she would put the dishes away etc... which was wonderful, because I felt bad I didn't receive the check out rules before leaving. Unfortunately I also forgot my brand new charger plugged into the wall of one of the rooms, and am waiting for a response - other than that, it was quite lovely and we would highly recommend this VRBO !! Thank you Steve !!

Visiting for a wedding.

We were very happy with the property. Very spacious and clean. We had a couple of questions that Steve answered right away. The kids really enjoyed the pool. Will definitely be booking here again when in Phoenix.

Perfect for larger groups!

This house was beautiful! It had plenty of seating for our large group. We had 8 of us staying. The outdoor space was also beautiful and having a grill to use was great! The pool was pretty dirty but it is winter time so I imagine that is why. Each bedroom had towels provided. There were also basic amenities such as shampoo and conditioner. The beds were a little firm but we didn't mind. Overall it was a great stay!
