Welcome to your Steamboat Springs escape for any season! This location can't be beat; it is steps from the gondola, ski school, and a shuttle stop to downtown! Enjoy this comfy 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo in the heart of the village to enjoy skiing, biking or hiking. It comfortably sleeps up to 8 with king and queen beds, bunk beds and a pullout full. Enjoy a wonderful mountain view with a year-round heated and gated pool and a large hot tub. Covered parking, ski storage, free in-unit laundry, fireplace, balcony, 2 outdoor grills right outside the front door, full kitchen, WIFI, and a fire stick for each TV!

**Brand new AC unit installed November 2025 to keep you cool in the warm summer months!**

Kellee was a great host and communication was smooth. The unit itself is in an older condo building but the unit has been recently partially updated (floors, furniture, accents). I think the bathrooms could use a renovation but everything was clean so no complaints. The location is incredible. It’s a 3 min walk to the Steamboat gondola and main square. Parking was also secure and ample. Would stay again!

Perfect for a skiing family of 5!

Couldn’t ask for anything more. Great communication, very clean, the bunkbeds worked great for a nine, 13, and 15-year-old walk to the lift and no need to take your car anywhere after you get there. We will definitely stay again, thanks for being a great host!

Great Ski Condo

This was a perfect place for a family ski vacation. You are only a very short walk and elevator ride to the base area. We will definitely be staying here whenever we return to Steamboat.

We had a fantastic family stay at Snowflower. The condo was perfect for the five of us, and is so thoughtfully furnished - everything you could want or need is available. Kellee is a wonderful host, with excellent communication. Thanks for making our stay in Steamboat one we’ll always remember.

Everything you could hope for

Perfect launch pad for a ski trip. Had all of the accommodations our group of four needed plus hospitality flourishes that made it special. The host was highly responsive to our questions prior to and during our stay. Highly recommend!

The most AMAZING spot in Steamboat

Everything about Kellee’s place is top-notch - location, coziness, convenience, amenities, communication, parking, etc. About 300 yards from the base, the first-floor condo was the most well-stocked and comfortable 2/2 we’ve ever stayed in. The huge hot tub and heated pool, plus covered parking were a nice bonus, too. Kellee was super responsive, welcoming and accommodating - it really is as good as it gets for any family looking for an easy, fun Steamboat ski experience.

Location and Comfort!

Finally! A host who is invested in the comfort of her guests. We loved staying at this property. Plenty of blankets, comfy pillows, a welcome basket, working televisions…so comfy. And the location was fabulous. Highly recommend!

The location of the condo was perfect for access to the base of the ski mountain. The owner was very helpful with communication and made the process very easy. Everything was accurately described in the listing and the unit was very clean.

Great stay

Kellee was great with communication. Sent a very detailed email prior to our arrival. The unit was wonderful and had been updated since the photos. Location to slopes and rentals was great. Kellee was very responsive throughout the trip. Lots of extras in the unit. One of the best VRBOs we’ve stayed in.

Convenient to slopes

We really enjoyed Steamboat. This place was so easy and convenient. 5 minutes walk to slopes. Very cozy and well appointed. Hot tub and heated pool just down the steps. Covered parking. Host was a great communicator. Steamboat has excelllent and modern facilities. People sooo friendly. Highly recommend.

Family Holiday ski trip

Super location, short walk to gondola and base area shops. Nice underground parking which was helpful with 36" of new snow while we were there. Well equipped kitchen where we made several meals. Large screen TV for keeping up with our sport teams. Comfortable beds and large rooms and lots of hot water for showers and doing laundry.

5 min walk to the hill

Place was great for the three of us. 5 minute walk to the gondola plaza. Hot tub is big and relaxing. Good assortment of games to play. Welcome basket was filled with all sorts of goodies.

Family Ski Vacation

The accommodations were perfect~ everything just as described online. Kellee was great!! Every time we had a question she immediately responded and answered all. She even got a crock pot for use.

Graduation weekend

Booked this property for my nephew’s high school graduation. Having a place to stay right in the heart of Steamboat was such blessing. Plenty of shopping and food options near by. Relaxing by the fire with the supplied s’mores basket was an extra bonus for the weekend. The beds are super comfortable, shower pressure was AMAZING, until is clean and homey feeling. Will book here again when the time comes.

Great Place!

We visit Steamboat multiple times a year and this is easily in the top 3 places that we have stayed. It is an easy walk to the slopes and all activities at the base. The garage parking is key and Kellee, the host is amazing. She bent over backwards to make our stay easy and enjoyable. The condo is stocked with everything you need, even zip lock bags and tin foil! They leave a nice welcome basket and smores supplies! Highly recommend.
