Prepare for a business meeting, continuing education, or work remotely. Duke University and NCCU are nearby. Planning on fun activities or to enjoy family and friends in Downtown Durham and Bull's game, less than half of a mile. There is a large front porch with seating (cushions are indoor and you could take outside). House is secure with security systems. On the exterior of the house, there are cameras that are extremely bright and capture any and all traffic. Front driveway and side back yard cameras on site. No cameras are inside.
Driveway has lighting and a pole to show driveway entrance. A back door outing that is surrounded by trees that promote tranquility also includes outdoor furniture and a summer charcoal barbecue grill available.

An iron, sewing, and emergency medical kits are available. The bathroom is equipped with towels, a hairdryer, bath gel, shampoo, and conditioner for your convenience. There are also board games, including cards, dominoes, monopoly, including Chinese checkers, Bocce Ball.
