Enjoy this 1bedroom, 1bathroom with waterfront views. Our bedroom features a king bed with a full bathroom, including a walk-in shower.
The open concept living space, entails a kitchenette with a mini fridge, stovetop with 2 burners and a microwave. Seating for 5 is available with a dining table and bar seating.
The living room has seating for up to 5 guests. And don't forget to enjoy the balcony as the boats sail in and out of Round Lake.

The Edgewater Inn is located on north shore of Round Lake harbor and the Pine River channel with prime drawbridge views. Just a short walk to Charlevoix’s finest dining, beaches, shopping and galleries, the Edgewater Inn is an ideal location for a short getaway, extended vacation, or wedding celebration. One-bedroom/one-bath and two-bedroom/two-bath units offer all the amenities needed for a comfortable home-away-from-home stay.
Each condo is individually owned and uniquely decorated. Stay in a different room every time or find a favorite. With 60 unique rooms, numerous amenities and a friendly staff, the Edgewater Inn offers business or leisure travelers an enjoyable place to stay in the heart of beautiful downtown Charlevoix. High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the building, as well as a guest laundry facility. The inside section of the pool is open year-round, while the outside section is closed off October to May.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We just love Edgewater Inn! This particular condo was bright and comfortable, perfect for our weekend stay.Only complaint were the spiders! They are everywhere around the complex, especially at night. Edgewater definitely needs to regularly spray to help keep them to a minimum.

ENJOYABLE STAY

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. Reviewer Comments: Very clean upon arrival, good location in that it was walking distance to downtown. Only a few downfalls we would report. 1)It is right next to the elevator and stairs that go up the wall opposite the bedroom, so we heard the elevator ding and people seemingly running up and down the stairs throughout the night, well past 2am. 2) We seemed to have difficulty getting clean towels and housekeeping throughout, in fact we were only able to get clean towels once and never had any sort of cleaning occur. 3) Just a recommendation that it would be helpful if a couple decorative hooks were placed in the bathroom to give more space to hang wet towels. Overall a very nice stay.

Both were closed completely. This should have been revealed when the reservation was made. Also water in leaking from the sprinkler in the ceiling.

When we sat on the balcony it was flapping so loud we couldn't sit out there very long because of that. Other then that everything was great.

We’ve stayed at the Edgewater Inn many times, and will continue to do so! Love both the balcony and the walk-out first floor units. All are beautifully decorated, clean, and cozy. Highly recommend!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had an absolutely great stay in Charlevoix. This condo was in a perfect location for walking. It was cozy. The freezer was not working and we had a couple of ice packs we could not freeze but other than that, it was good. It would be nice to have access to a broom. We loved the deck but there were so many spider webs that we were hesitant to sit out there. We were looking for something to just knock them down. But boy....what a view! We can't really complain too much about those couple of items. We would definitely rent again!
