Master upstairs suite in a private oceanfront home in Crescent Beach. The house sets up on a high dune and has stairs to get to the house. Great decks, and a private walkway to the beach. Approx. 10 miles from downtown. King suite has steam shower and Jacuzzi tub. Great to relax and enjoy the beach.

Gorgeous king suite!

We loved our stay at Butler Beach for a destination wedding weekend and Gary was a pleasant host. The house is very private and only a short drive to downtown St. Augustine. Would come back anytime!

Wonderful location

My husband and I decided to take a short honeymoon to St Augustine because we both love history and neither of us have ever been. This was the perfect location, close enough to make St Augustine a short drive away and just a beautiful property to relax and unwind at. We loved the electric artistic vibe of the house filled with so many cool items from the owners travels. Will definitely stay again !

Quiet getaway

We were here over the Fourth of July and everything was great. Nice quiet beach with lots of room and great views. Only concern was that the air conditioning would struggle to keep up during the day but would catch up overnight. That said the warmest it ever got in the house was 76°.

Exceeded our expectations!

Everything we hoped for and more. Gary was very helpful, easy to communicate with, and gave great information about the area. The home was very clean comfortable and had everything we needed for a great beach vacation. The area was beautiful and quiet but not far from downtown Saint Augustine. This place was perfect!

It was exactly what we were looking for! Our goal was to escape from every day hustle and bustle, enjoy time together and away yet be tourists and explore historic St Augustine at the same time. Gorgeous views, relaxing sounds of the waves from our space , quiet and relaxing. It was perfect! Thank you Gary.

Perfect Private Beach Trip!

This house is on the outskirts of St. Augustine, so it was wonderful. So many things within a 10-15 minute drive! The beach access was amazing and not crowded due to the many private properties that neighbor it! The owners were highly responsive to any messages sent. Can't beat these views!!

It’s a great place !

The location is fantastic , the house is great i I have two concerns 1- the owner was around . If I rent a place for the weekend I don’t want to interact with the owner . 2 - the instructions how to open the house was inside the house .

Perfect Birthday Beach Trip

Gary’s home is absolutely beautiful! It more than exceeded our expectations and we will definitely book it again. During our stay, my wife dropped her ID/credit card pouch in the vegetation next to the stairs when we came in after dinner one night. We didn’t notice it was missing until several days after we checked out. I notified Gary and he found it and mailed it back to us which was so appreciated. Best beach trip ever.

Butler Beach Tranquility

While we were hesitant to rent a "Master Suite", everything was perfect!! From the accommodations to the check-in to working with Gary while the driveway was being renovated, everything was great!

This area of Crescent Beach is nice and less crowds.
This was a little 1000 sq ft ,2 bedroom 1 bath beach house with no A/C. In 1991-92 I remodeled and expanded the house to what it is today. Over the years additional improvements have been done.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

This property is in the "heart" of Crescent Beach. There is only one way beach traffic from north to south. It is along a stretch of private homes with no condos for a 1/4 mile each direction. Less traffic and not as crowded in this section of the beach.
Sea turtles have had nests in front of the house or near.
