• Stairs Required: There is one flight of stairs from the ground level to access the condo and an additional flight of stairs to reach the upstairs floor.

• No Elevator: There is no elevator at the property.

• Two Bedrooms: Primary bedroom with a king-size bed and guest bedroom with a queen-size bed and twin-size daybed.

• Jack-and-Jill Bathroom: Convenient upstairs bathroom connects the two bedrooms.

• Main-Floor Bathroom: Additional bathroom located on the main floor.

• Outdoor Spaces: Second-floor deck overlooks the pool, while the third-floor deck offers glimpses of the ocean through the palm trees.

Guest access
You’ll have access to the entire condo with the exception of the locked owner’s closet. You’ll have full access to the property amenities including both pools, gated beach access, etc.

• No Smoking: Smoking is not permitted inside the home or on the balconies.

*There is a $500 security hold that is released upon check out.
We understand accidents happen and kindly ask that you please notify us if an item breaks, doesn`t work, or is soiled as soon as it happens. We want to ensure we can replace item(s) as soon as possible for you or the next guest. If items are missing or broken, the guest is responsible for the charge for any item(s).

Primary renter must be present on all bookings.

There will be a $200 fee for any late checkout that is not approved.

If there’s an excess of trash left behind and we need to arrange for its removal, there will be a $100 fee. Thanks for understanding!
