As close to a tree house experience as you’ll have in historic St Augustine! Enjoy the beautiful live oaks and Spanish moss from the deck or the many windows in the dining area.

Nestled on a quiet residential street in the historic Flaglers Model Land district of downtown St Augustine the apartment is just a block from the start of restaurants, shops, bars and historic sites. It is also a short 3-4 miles from multiple beaches. We provide 2 beach chairs umbrella towels and a cooler.

A few of the many amenities of this newly renovated large 1 bedroom, 1 bath apartment include a hammock, a large back deck, a massage chair, upscale appliances - all designed to provide you with deep rest and relaxation after a full day of sighseeing and beach play.

Access to the apartment is via the well maintained staircase on the west side of the building. Please do not book if you have difficulty navigating stairs. There are smart TVs in the living room and bedroom, no cable, Netflix is provided as a streaming station. We provide a complimentary parking pass to the city garage located2 blocks from the apartment. The driveway is used for loading/unloading.

Absolutely amazing host. So helpful and accommodating! Beautiful property! It was perfectly situated in the city and oh so walkable! This lovely one-bedroom apartment feels like a suite with a beautiful bathroom large living room, and kitchen dining area. Not to mention, there is a massage chair that helps you work out the kinks after walking on centuries old cobblestones. Garage parking is a 6-8 minute walk away. Did I mention the outdoor dining area that feels like you’re in a treehouse? So charming. You are a few minutes walk from St. George street, the fort, and great restaurants including Lotus Noodle Bar just north of the garage.

Excellent location

This property is in the perfect spot. We could walk to most of the main attractions. I wasn’t aware that parking was off site until after we booked it but it really wasn’t an issue. We enjoyed using the deck and the massage chair. Very comfortable and clean

Amazing Weekend

Connie was an absolutely amazing host! More than accommodating, communication was top notch, and the house was beautiful. We really enjoyed how perfectly it is situated within walking distance of the entire town, we didn’t even need to use the car once we parked at the beginning of our stay. The house was very clean and well stocked with any household items that were needed. Connie made the stay so easy and enjoyable and we can’t wait to stay again, next time we visit.

So close and convenient to downtown. Unexpected amenities such as iron and ironing board, first aid kit, k cups and creamers (even non diary creamer in fridge. Back porch was great to have morning coffee or relaxing after busy day. Definitely recommend.

Wonderful Stay in St. Augustine

Great apartment, great location! We had such a wonderful experience renting this apartment. It had everything we needed for the week and was very clean and well maintained. Friends Trip

My friends and I booked each unit on a trip to St. Augustine. We go yearly and have stayed in several places and this one is on the top. It was comfortable and nicely appointed. Great location, easy walking to everything but far enough from being disturbed. I would stay again!

Relaxing Weekend Oasis

Had a wonderful weekend in St. Augustine! Connie was easy to communicate with and made herself available all weekend if we needed anything. Check in process was very easy. Our apt was as explained and fit the St. Augustine charm perfectly! Ideal location to historic downtown but yet quiet when we wanted to relax. 10/10 would recommend!

Exceptional Property & Host

Beautifully maintained century-old property, well equipped with modern appliances (big plus for me when it comes to the kitchen especially). Connie was very accommodating and quick to respond to questions. Parking is not available on site, but Connie was kind enough to provide us with a free parking pass to a nearby garage which was very helpful, especially during the holidays when finding parking can be a challenge. Excellent location.
