It is also a short 3-4 miles from multiple beaches. We provide 2 beach chairs umbrella towels and a cooler.

Access to the apartment is via the well maintained staircase on the west side of the building. Please do not book if you have difficulty navigating stairs. There are smart TVs in the living room and bedroom, no cable, Netflix is provided as a streaming station. We provide a complimentary parking pass to the city garage located2 blocks from the apartment. The driveway is used for loading/unloading.
