Located right on Main street within short walking distance to the towns many shops and restaurants. Enjoy all Winter Park has to offer from skiing, tubing, and snowshoeing, to the many summer festivals, hiking trails, streams, and of course visiting nearby Rocky Mountain National Park and the beautiful Grand Lake area.

Perfect location to hop on a bus to go to the resort or walk down the street to grab a bite to eat. Trailheads are close by. Very functional, modern, efficient. Enjoyed the hot tub after a day on the slopes. Highly recommended, would stay there again in a heartbeat!

Our one-night stay was perfect for just my daughter and me while we were in town for an early morning hockey game in Fraser. Parking was convenient, access to the building was easy, and communication with the host was quick and welcoming. They were more than willing to work with me on a small request, which was truly appreciated.The room was updated, very clean, and extremely comfortable. It had everything we needed for a short stay and made for a quiet, relaxing night before an early start. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable one-night stay in the area.

Well laid out micro lodging. Was only there overnight, but had everything we needed. Water pressure was great and the hot water came right on - fed by a full sized hot water heater. We didn’t need the washer/dryer, but it was nice to know it was available if needed.

Great location in town. Walkable to restaurants, coffee shops, etc. The space is a cozy, updated hotel room. The owners were very responsive and welcoming!

Perfect overnight stop

We needed a stopping point for one night after our cross-country travels. This was the perfect room for our family to crash. It was close to shops and restaurants. Clean and everything we needed for a night of rest before hitting the slopes.

Great place in the heart of Winter Park

Clean, comfortable beds, two large hot tubs, covered parking. They had great supplies for a studio condo. We had everything we needed. Walk to restaurants. 5 min drive to ski slopes.

Good family getaway

Me and my two little boys stayed there for a family reunion in the summer ‘23. It was a great location for being in the middle of town, we could walk to get food and walk to a local park. Only negative was there was no kitchen area and no mention of there not being one. It worked out cuz we were on vacation and ate out most meals or ate with family, but was limiting on option to stay in for meal.

Great location & beautiful property!

This vacation rental was perfect for me, my husband, and our two nieces. Our nieces loved that they each got their own full sized bed, that was a great touch with the bunk beds! Kevin and Kristen were very helpful and accommodating with the check-in process & any help we needed throughout our stay. The property is clean, modern, and beautiful. It came with all the amenities you would get at a hotel plus an added washer and dryer (which came in very handy). There are plenty of restaurants & shops right across the street within walking distance. Be sure to take advantage of the free shuttle to the resort! Will definitely stay here again.

Owning property in Winter Park is a lifetime dream and being able to share my love with others is a true joy. Our family considers Winter Park a home away from home, the place that we can escape and have fun making memories. We take special care of all of our units to ensure that our guests have a personalized experience. We do this because we consider these units an extension of our home and want every guest to feel comfortable. We have traveled the world and some of our fondest memories are those staying in vacation rentals.
