In the center of Maggie Valley lies a cozy three-bedroom cabin, ideal for your upcoming getaway. Easy paved roads and easy access makes this the perfect cabin. As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a cozy living room, where you can curl up by the fireplace and enjoy the warmth of the flames. The fully stocked kitchen, complete with a new stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher and granite counter tops, invites you to unleash your culinary skills and prepare delicious meals for your loved ones.

Venture outside and discover the true beauty of the surrounding area. Take a short 18-minute drive to the Cataloochee Ski Area or Tube World and hit the slopes or some tubing for the little ones. Explore the fascinating Wheels Through Time Museum, just a 3-minute drive from the cabin. For a lively experience, head to the Maggie Valley Festival Grounds, just a 4-minute drive from your doorstep.

When it's time to unwind, take advantage of the free WiFi, Smart TV's for streaming, and the selection of games, DVDs, and books. Enjoy the outdoors and step outside to relax on one of the two decks to enjoy the view or gather around the fire pit for a cozy evening under the stars. The porch swing on the covered deck offers a great place to drink your morning coffee or evening beverage and take in the view.

Bring your four legged pup (with paid $100 pet fee) to enjoy all the hiking trails and the pet friendly towns of Maggie Valley and Waynesville. We welcome pups with dog bowls, toys, leashes and a crate, if needed.

With air conditioning, heating, and all the essential amenities, this cabin is the perfect home-away-from-home for your Maggie Valley adventure. The cabin features a large walk in shower and double vanities in the master bathroom. Wake up to the view in the Master bedroom while enjoying the comfy King Size bed with heated mattress pad for our winter guest making it extremely cozy in the winter.

The host provided everything we needed and was great with sending reminders and checking in. The house was wonderful and had anything you could want! The location was quiet but still close to the skiing area and other activities. We will definitely stay here again!

Relaxing Getaway

Lovely cabin within quiet neighborhood. Close to town but still secluded. Beautiful views of nature all around. One level and easy access into cabin. Enjoyed our stay and look forward to staying here again in the future.

Outstanding Accommodations

Lisa is by far the best host I have experienced. The amenities and supplies is unprecedented for a VRBO. She had dog bowls, leashes and bags. There is a fantastic coffee bar with coffee, creamer and sugar. Plenty of linings. Kitchen had everything including spices etc. Fully stocked accommodations. The house was beautiful and updated. Views are spectacular in a charming mountain neighborhood.

Awesome!!

My husband, me, our new five month old puppy and my husband’s brother spent a few days here and it was perfect! This cabin was everything and more than what was stated in the listing. The hosts thought of absolutely everything anyone could need while staying there. Only thing needed to bring was clothes and your own food choices. The view is beautiful. Pet friendly…there were leashes, food and water bowls, sample dog food. The home was so clean and fresh. And the shower in the main bedroom….outstanding!! It’s perfect for those with mobility issues, there’s even a shower chair in the closet. Lots of board games to play on those rainy days when you don’t want to go out. Communication with the host was easy and always fast, and friendly. I love that’s the home is one level sine I do have mobility issues with stairs. We would defined recommend this to anyone and already have. We hope to go back again.

Everything we needed!

When you have a family member with a disability, vacation can be difficult. This rental made our vacation so easy. The location, the amenities, the layout of the cabin, everything was perfect. The cabin was fully stocked with everything you would need. It was immaculate and the beds slept wonderfully! Our family truly needed this vacation and it was everything we hoped it would be. We will absolutely be a returning guest. Thank you Lisa!!

Perfection

We have stayed in many rentals and we have stayed in many nice ones. Overall, this was the absolute best. It had a nice view and the home was spotless. You had many choices when it came to where you would like to sit both inside and outside. We enjoyed just watching the birds at the feeder. What made this stay better then most was the attentiveness of Lisa and Craig. If we had a question or an issue, they addressed it immediately. The home had everything you could possibly need. The attention to all the little details went above and beyond. You will not be disappointed when you book this home!

Even better than advertised

From the booking, to arrival/check-in, to amenities, the house was fantastic. There is a reason that every review of this property is 5 stars. Every detail is thought out so well. The house is very well appointed, clean, organized, and communication with the owner is great. I look forward to staying here again in the future.

Tranquil and close to nature!

We had a great time at Bella Vita! The house was clean, the kitchen was stocked and the coffee bar was a nice surprise. Especially enjoyed the outdoor spaces surrounded by the blooming dogwoods, chirping birds and wonderful views. Owners were great with communication and we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

This house had it all! It was clean, modern (but still had the cabin feel), had all amenities you can think of, and the views were amazing. The hosts were also so nice and responsive. My husband and I already want to plan a return.

Most amazing winter vacation

We had the best time. The cabin was adorable, and it had everything we could possibly need. The coffee bar, the s’mores, and other little treats made the stay even more special. The kids enjoyed playing outside in the yard and neighborhood. We enjoyed the recommended restaurants, and the cute shops in both Maggie Valley and Cherokee. The trip was just what us Floridians needed, and we will definitely be back to this cabin!

Family Christmas 2022 in this cabin was awesome.

I wish I could leave 10 stars for this place AND it's host!!!

Our family vacations in the area every year over Thanksgiving. It's just our immediate family of my husband and I, our son and daughter-in-law and their 2 boys, ages 4 and 1. This place was, by far, the best we've ever been to since we started this tradition 20 years ago!! I have Cerebral Palsy, so navigating steps can be tricky for me. This was one level, you could park right by the door, and the space was big enough to move around comfortably. After speaking with the owner, who is a wonderful person, I learned she has a heart for making this space as accessible as possible, especially given that it is one level, which is hard to find, especially with these kinds of views. The beds slept great (& the master was heated!), the bathrooms were super nice (& the master was accessible for me), the den furniture was comfortable, and their was plenty of seating for all of us as well as plenty of play room for the littles.Also, there are smart tvs in the den and 2 bedrooms that are incredible quality! The kitchen was as stocked as my own home, down to having the SAME plates/utensils that I have for my grandsons. I mean, I could go on and on, but this house was literally my dream house and I can assure you we will be back!! I'm not kidding when I say if I could give this house AND it's owner 10 stars, I would!!

Unmatched Excellence - In Every Way

This year our annual Christmas tree-cutting getaway brought us to Maggie Valley. We have been staying in vacation rental properties since long-before it was the “trendy” thing to do!... so many that we’ve lost count! But without question – Bella Vita and its wonderful host, Lisa are the standard of excellence against which we’ll now judge all future rental properties! Our stay was absolutely perfect in every way. Upon our arrival, we found the beautiful home decorated for Christmas – truly magical! And as we got settled, we realized that Bella Vita was even more wonderful than its listing pictures and descriptions could capture!... spacious; breathtaking views from the many windows and balconies; meticulously organized, generously and specially supplied, and spotlessly cleaned; tastefully decorated and so comfortable; the kitchen – a cook’s absolute dream; the bed and linens… so cozy; special touches everywhere including seed to fill the deck birdfeeder (which gave us hours of joy watching the antics of feathered visitors of every kind); an amazing coffee and biscotti bar; s’mores supplies, dog treats; specialty toiletries; and extensive and up-to-date information on “everything Maggie Valley”. Although we would have been more than happy just “staying-put” for our 4 days – puzzling, reading and relaxing in front of the lovely gas fireplace – we “forced ourselves out” and enjoyed 2 yummy breakfasts (Joey’s Pancake House and The Buttered Biscuit); a magnificent walk around Lake Janaluska; a stroll through lovely downtown Waynesville (especially the Mast General Store); and a beautiful drive through the mountains and valleys on the NC Highway 209 “Rattler”. The perfect end to our time was choosing and cutting a gorgeous tree with the help of the great team at Mehaffey Tree Farm. We cannot thank our host Lisa enough for the conscientious and caring way she served us before and during our stay. Her “Premier Host” designation has been well-earned! We, and our lab will be looking forward to returning for our 2023 tree-cutting adventure – and hopefully another visit before then!

Wonderful retreat!

We recently rented this cabin for a week to unwind, relax and just unplug from work. This home was immaculate and was the perfect place to relax. The wonderful porch swing watching the sun come up with a cup of coffee from the coffee bar to reading a book in the evening with the fireplace going. This house had all the everything we were looking for. Also their beds were super comfy!!! We will definitely be back!!!

Comfort in the Mountains

Beautifully decorated in rustic and modern decor. Good location. Home is wonderfully equipped with modern appliances and everything you need for a long or short stay. View is somewhat limited as shown. Minor concerns received immediate response and resolution! Would stay there again!

I loved vacationing with friends and family in the mountains and have visited many different mountain towns, but fell in love with Maggie Valley again, after visiting many times as a child. After purchasing our first cabin, Bella Vista in 1999, we purchased our newest cabin, Bella Vita, in the summer of 2021.

We are seasoned host, who live in the area and have met so many wonderful guest over the years who remain cherished friends. We keep the cabin updated and in proper working condition so you can enjoy your stay and be worry free.
