Suite Ejecutiva en el centro de Carmel-by-the-Sea. Ubicado a 1 & 1/2 cuadras de Ocean Ave. por Carmel Plaza en el corazón de la ciudad. Aparcar el coche y caminar a restaurantes, tiendas, la playa, puesta del sol Centro ..... todo en la Península está cerca. Hay una cama de matrimonio en el dormitorio principal con chimenea de gas y TV LCD, una cama doble en el segundo dormitorio y hay un futón de reina en la sala de estar proporcionando dormir para seis. El cuarto de baño es la luz brillante y acogedor, con una bañera de esquina hundido / ducha, tragaluz, asiento de bidet, calentador de toallas y más, el patio trasero privado con asientos y fuente de agua tiene vistas de la zona adyacente con vistas a la montaña en el fondo. Con Wi-Fi, televisores LCD con pantalla LCD en cada habitación y sonido envolvente en toda la suite, tendrá todo lo necesario para una estancia agradable.

Communication was fast and easy.! No problem parking at all, PASS works great! Close to everything , well stocked ! a little hard to figure out all the switches, but that’s it !

Roomy, lots of natural light

We loved our stay here. So much natural light. And lots of fun little amenities like a heated toilet seat excellent location right in the heart of Town. Convenient parking and easy check-in. Would happily return.

BEWARE: On Sunday before checkin Thursday I was informed the owner decided the place was not available (maintenance was stated) and my reservation was canceled!!!!!! I did receive the refund however NOT the way to do business..

Great apartment in the middle of town!

My family and I throughly enjoyed our stay in Carmel-By-The-Sea. The condo was beautifully well equipped and comfortable. We were within walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Would definitely stay here again!!

Great condo in Carmel!

This was our second stay. Great location and wonderful unit. Clean and airy. Better than advertised on line. Perfect for us! Nicely updated kitchen and decor. Safe, secure and made for an excellent stay.

Great location, well-kept & modern

Close to the action in Carmel and the beach, without being noisy or crowded. Excellent and responsive property manager. Roomy, well kept and modern apartment. The location​ above a commercial building seems a bit odd at first but it's not troublesome at all and lots of places in Carmel are similar.

Great location. The second bedroom was not what we expected - very small. Living are great but no view and not a great outside area. The bathroom was awful. Lights placed poorly and the shower was terrible to get water temp right. Also was difficult to pinpoint location for Lyft and Uber.

Quaint place in the center of town

This place was clean with a great location in the heart of Carmel walking distance to everything in town. There were 5 of us (2 couples and a single) and we utilized the two bedrooms and pullout couch. There was just enough room for the 5 of us. There is one bathroom and the shower doesn’t have a curtain, it’s a stand in tub shower (I think that’s what it’s called). The toilet seat also has a bidet which is nice if you are into that. The kitchen is stocked with enough cookware and plates, and it is was a nice touch for the owner to supply plenty of coffee! The outdoor space was great. Plenty of seating and heaters with stocked propane tanks so everyone was comfortable. Also, there is a washer dryer with supplies in the outdoor area which was a fabulous surprise. There is a supermarket and liquor store across the street (but they close early) and the place is surrounded by restaurants. All in all everything worked out and we were very happy with our choice of stay.

Great place in the heart of Carmel

Easy (except the hill) walk to the beach, wonderful outdoor patio, short walk to great restaurants and shops/galleries. Great 2br apt. We needed a little extra time to shower after the Big Sur marathon and Craig was kind enough to give us a little later check our. Will definitely book again when we return for a longer stay! Thanks Craig!!!

Great location

This condo is exactly as it is pictured and described. A nice retreat very close to shops and restaurants. The beach is also just a short walk. One recommendation is to add another chair or two to the living area as right now it only sits 3-4 comfortably. Loved the deck area.

Comfortable and luxurious, right in the heart of Carmel!

My mother and I had a spontaneous girls only getaway and were so happy and pleased with Craig’s wonderful condo right in the heart of Carmel. We were originally supposed to be at the Russian River which was experiencing terrible flooding, and so at the last minute we were so fortunate to find this spacious, comfortable and well appointed place. The location was so easy for us to wander around Carmel and enjoy all that had to offer. Thank you Craig for being such a wonderful and gracious host!

Spotless and snazzy, in the heart of downtown!

We loved our stay at the condo -- it was so bright and comfortable and came stocked with everything we could possibly need...even Peet's coffee! The space was recently renovated and has a modern yet cozy feel. We especially loved the fireplace in the master bedroom, the big tub, the porch with couches and firepit, and the parking spot right out front! Perfect location with very responsive and hospitable property manager. We'll be back!
