Best for 1-2 week Stay

The complex is secure, well mantained and the heated pool & hot tub were great and very close to the unit. 2 covered parking spots under cover & directly behind unit made emptying vehicles easy. The unit has comfortable mattresses, but the linens are cheap and scratchy. The living room sofas are uncomfortable and the entire unit is grey, everything. The lack of color gets depressing. Unit has smallest washer/dryer available, making laundry a constant chore. My rating is based on almost a 3 month stay, but for a week or two it wouldn’t be bad.

Lovely Condo, Great Location

This 3 bedroom 2.5 bath condo is in a great location in north Palm Springs in walking distance to downtown Palm Springs. The condo was immaculate when we arrived & well stocked. Since this was a partial working vacation, we were fortunate to have a desk in the third bedroom. We would rent the unit again except for a couple of issues. The master bath is wide open to the bedroom, this includes the toilet & sink area. If you have to use the bathroom when your partner is sleeping, then the noise & light from the bathroom is very annoying & inconvenient. We have lived in California & know this is a quite prevalent design for older homes & condo but an easy & inexpensive installation of barn doors would correct this issue. Another issue with the master bath is that when the owners renovated, they installed a great tub but know shower. This is not a huge issue if only two people are using the condo but is an issue if any quests are visiting, such as our adult children, who used the adjacent bathroom with the shower. The biggest negative for us was that the two pools, each had only three ripped chaises. There was no place to sit by either pool & it was not conducive for pool use. The condo has a great new barbecue & small bistro table for two but needs sprucing up with the addition of an umbrella, seat cushions, & perhaps a small loveseat & sprucing up of the garden. All & all, we really enjoyed our five week stay & would highly recommend the condo. We would come back again especially if the condo association purchased new chaises. The condo itself is lovely, spacious & well stocked.

Hi Karen: Thank you so much for your feedback. We forwarded your comments onto the owners and they are grateful for your helpful comments to make their beautiful property even more comfortable. They are working on those enhancements already. Just after you departed, we received a notice from the Homeowners Association that the new pool/lounge chairs are due to arrive, with an apology to the community from them that the delay was due to supply chain issues. We will be posting a copy of their notice on the VRBO site. Safe travels and we hope to see you again sometime soon.
