Great as always!!!

Have stayed here several years and couldn't be happier with the property, location and especially the host Michael. The condo has every thing you need and is well maintained. Hopefully will be returning next year.

Could not have been happier

As always everything was perfect!!!! Have stayed here previous years and hopefully will return again. Thanks to Michael - cannot ask for a better host. Best rental we have stayed in.

Lovey condo amidst a garden oasis

We are returning guests. The condo is well appointed and includes everything one might need for a short or long stay. If you enjoy cooking, you’ll be well pleased with all the cooking appliances, equipment, etc. The complex itself is beautiful. People are very friendly and welcoming and the pool area is lovely. Thank you, Michael.

Palm Springs

Very nice Condo at the North End of Palm Springs across from the Visitor Info Centre. Condo had lots of natural light and was a corner unit and close to where I parked my car. Also very close to the pool and laundry room. A very nice condo.

We were in Palm Springs 2 months. The Condo met all of our needs. The kitchen was equipped with everything you could possibly need. The rest of the condo was also equipped with everything u could possibly need. The pool was excellent and the grounds crew were always around tending to the grass or other things. Parking was very close The landlord was very easy to get in touch with if u had any questions Would definitely stay there again. Beautiful place-lots of natural light. Very safe place!

Great stay with beautiful porch views

Michael’s condo was great. The view from the porch is unbelievable and the location and gated community was awesome. I’ll definitely come back sometime.

Lovely, cozy apartment

Had a great time while staying at Michael’s property: the apartment is cozy and well equipped with everything you need to feel like home. Ideal solution to enjoy peace and tranquility, and you can stay safe during the pandemic by walking around the massive complex and going to the least crowded of the 5 pools available there. Communication with the host was friendly and effective; hoping to come back in the near future!

Lovely North End Condo

We were there a month. The condo was immaculate, Michael was extremely helpful when we had any questions. It was cozy, warm & very comfortable for the 2 of us. The kitchen has everything for the simple to gourmet cook. We loved the grounds, walked 2-3x around daily for a good exercise. The 6 pools were lovely, we swam in the morning after walking. Michael has some nice swimming floats for relaxing & working out. Laundry is right downstairs, very convenient.

Palm Springs Property-Excellent Choice

Michael’s Property in Palm Springs is lovely. Everything needed for a month’s stay was there. The Condo was neat & clean, the kitchen had the necessities for cooking & eating. The bed & furniture were comfortable & the bathroom was well kept. Michael was easy to contact & responded to messages quickly. He greeted us on arrival & made us feel at home. Great place to vacation

A lovely place well stocked and a great view of the mountains. The owner made the stay very enjoyable. Great communication. A good location that is close to everything. Grounds are well kept. Neighbors are friendly. I look forward to staying here again.

Amazingly clean and well kept includes condo, pool and grounds

We stayed with Michael last year and loved it. Needless to say we definitely were not disappointed with our visit this year. Everything you can think of is provided in the unit and it is comfy and well kept. After travelling all day really appreciated the snacks that were left for us - what a thoughtful touch. Michael is very helpful and responds to any concerns or questions promptly. Loved the view from the condo, the proximity to the pool, parking, laundry and grill. Would highly recommend this unit and would not hesitate to rent it again if we are in the Palm Springs area. Thanks again Michael we had a great time!!!

Excellent location, beautiful spot, condo full stocked, grounds immaculate

We booked this condo for two months Nov and Dec 2017. Booking was easy and such good communication with the owner. All instructions were left available for us. Micheal left a bottle of wine, cheese and crackers, chocolate on the table for our arrival. The kitchen has more appliances than my own kitchen at home. Along with that there were condiments, tea, coffee, spices to make cooking a breeze. There was not a thing that wasn't included. There was a pool and hot tub a few steps away, with towels provided with in unit. Laundry was very handy also. This condo was a great location for us as we golfed everyday at Desert Dunes. The grounds were lovely and the view great. We would definitely rent from Micheal again.

Location, location!

Michael's condo is perfectly appointed for a relaxing stay in Palm Springs. The gift basket included a nice bottle of wine and numerous snacks. The kitchen was completely outfitted from the generous supply of tea and coffee, a case of bottled water (a must have!), to the spices and condiments, dinnerware and the assortment of pots, pans and pitchers. The condo itself was comfortable and clean. The lanai was small but the view more than made up for it! Two beautiful Ghost Gum trees perfectly framed Mt San Jacinto in the near distance which still held the remains of winter snow. Absolutely stunning!! The pool was refreshing, the jaccuzi a welcome relief to sore "hiking" muscles. Palm Springs Villa 2 is conveniently located near shopping, golf, the hot spas, casinos and the Palm Springs Aerial Tram which is a very short drive from the condo. This attraction is a "must do" !! The tram ride to the top of Mt. San Jacinto is a ride like no other! I highly recommend Michael's condo and hope to return in the future!

Great place to stay!

This condo suited us very well. It was very well set up with everything we could need. This is the best equipped condo we've stayed in so far. The wine and goodies upon arrival were a nice touch. The pool and hot tub areas were great. Most of the time we had them to ourselves. The location was quiet and relaxing. The owner Michael was exceptional to deal with and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone.

Excellent

Cannot say enough about how great it was dealing with Michael who answered any inquiries very promptly. Have stayed in other condos but this was our first time here. Although the unit was cozy it was extremely comfortable and was fully equipped with anything you would need. Very clean and up to date - for once a place that looked like the pictures. Loved the proximity of this unit to the pool, laundry, parking and grill. If we are in Palm Springs again would certainly not hesitate to rent from Michael again. Had a great time!!!!!!

Clean clean clean!!!

I have a fear of hotels because I'm afraid theyre never thoroughly cleaned. Walking into this home, it felt like home. I had no anxieties about dirtiness of the home, and Michael is very easy to get a hold of. It is located in a gated community so I dont have to worry about anything. Parking is available right outside the unit and personal items that I forgot at home were available in the unit, major plus! Would come back again, I love this home!

A little gem in the desert

My wife and I truly enjoyed our stay in Palm Springs. The condo had all the amenities we needed. It was nicely decorated, the kitchen had every appliance we needed to prepare meals, and the bed was comfortable. The pool and spa was close by and well maintained by staff. Thank you Michael !!

Delight in the Desert

We just spent 3 months in this unit and I am highly recommending it. Michael has the unit so well equipped and he had added so many extra touches for our stay that were above and beyond what I have experienced in other VRBO units. These condos are in a park-like setting, and the advantage of this unit is that it is an upper floor, end unit. I have stayed in other condos in this complex, and they were very dark and "cave like". Because this is an end unit there is an abundance of light from the extra windows as well as the advantage of being able to have the front door open since there is a storm/screen door. It is a beautiful view of the mountains sitting out on the balcony. It is on the north side of town which is extremely quiet and serene, yet you are only a couple of miles from all the restaurants and bustling downtown activity. We don't eat out a lot but we loved Trio, The Tropicale and the newly opened Blaze Pizza in Palm Springs. We have already rebooked it for next year and are looking forward to our return. This unit won't disappoint you!
