Great views. Nicely remodeled unit.

The pictures were accurate. The views of the ocean were beautiful. The building was a little aged. The unit smelled a little musty. Unit was very fairly priced. There was convenient access to the beach and a mile walk from other busy areas along Miami Beach.

One word: AMAZING!!!

Amazing view of the ocean, great access to all amenities, and there was such great communication with Mona, I was excited to be there. She made check-in and my stay so easy! If you are looking for a beautiful place to stay next to the beach, I definitely recommend staying here, it’s even nicer than the pictures!!

Great Stay On The Beach - True Benefit of a VRBO Rental

Stayed here over the course of a weekend with my wife. We really enjoyed the location and conveniences this rental offered. Biggest features of this rental (compared to a hotel): -kitchen has basic supplies like dishes and silverware, sugar, instant coffee, coffee maker, ect. (Do what I didnt and bring ground coffee with you). -There are two mini markets in the lobby with a nice coffee machine there as well as snacks, water, drinks (alcoholic), and other supplies. That was great to have as we didnt have a car and didnt want to Uber to and from a grocery store for just a few things. -You will find a couple beach chairs and umbrella near the bathroom as well as beach towels in the room. That was so helpful to have! -You can walk straight to the beach from the lobby. There's a tiki bar available next to the pool to grab a quick drink. The beach is clean and water is warm. Things To Know for VRBO Guests: -Though there are shades that pull down for the windows, the room is still quite bright in the morning with the sun rising on that side. Good excuse to get up and enjoy the morning view! -TVs do not have streaming services available, only cable. If you want that perhaps bring an Amazon fire stick or something similar. -Food delivery services are available in the area and will meet you in the lobby. -There's a fan/air purifier in the unit for those like me who like white noise when sleeping. -There's an office in the lobby that will hold your luggage for $5 a piece. This was great as we had plans inland on the day of checkout but wanted to enjoy another beach day so we dropped off our things and went to the beach (bring a beach bag/tote and blanket).

good location, fully stocked, nice extras

Check in process is a little complicated given only valet parking is available (fully included), building is very busy with a line of cars waiting at entrance (even at 11pm). Needed to unpack the car, including groceries for the week plus luggage, before the valet drove it away (tip, tell valet lots to unpack and park car down the side of the building, keep the keys until car is fully unpacked, then hand keys over.) Home was nicely sized for our family of 4. 2 kids (12 and 16) slept on sofas in the main area, bedroom was left for adults. They preferred it that way. Did not need the 2 TVs in each room, did use the provided WiFi. Small kitchen but well stocked with all the essentials including stove top, small griller/oven and large microwave and fridge. All pots pans, utensils available, nothing missing including small items. Also included was garbage bags, soaps, and other essentials. Other guests probably had left key food essentials, salt, spices, etc.. which came in handy. Bathroom was supplied with razors, soaps, even shampoo (perhaps left by other guests) as well as other key essentials, which was not expected but good all the same. The included umbrella and beach chairs was a nice surprise and used a lot. Bring your own beach towels. Make sure you call ahead for your car if leaving at a busy time.. give them notice to go grab it, its not far, but those valets work very, very hard all day, late into the night. Its a busy place. A tip will go a long way for these hardworkers. Overall a good place to stay for a week in the sun and surf, beach is easily accessible, pool and poolside bar is available, (not used by us), On site is an exercise gym and small shops downstairs with a varied selection of essentials and a good number of vending machines.

Ocean blue

Great stay, comfortable and welcoming. Mona is lovely, condo had everything we needed, valet parking can get a little nutty, but appreciate having it included in our stay. Short drive to South Beach. Nice bookend to our camping trip in the Everglades. ♥️

Would Gladly Return!

My first visit to Miami and during spring break! But this property was SAFE, QUIET, & on a GREAT BEACH WITH BEAUTIFUL WATER. Our host treated us like royalty & the condo was well equipped with all the necessities plus more. A few touches of that Miami glitz reminded us what a special place we were so lucky to find on VRBO.

Gorgeous and clean

The location was fantastic with a wonderful view! The property manager, Mona, was very communicative and helpful before and during our stay. If you are looking for a comfortable place to relax this is it.

Beautiful Views, Great Central Miami Beach Location

Ocean views are fantastic. Unit was clean and beautifully located. Bedroom was small but functional. The owner/manager was great and very responsive to our questions and needs. Layout was a little weird in that the bathroom was on the other side of the living room from the bedroom. Check in process took a while -- just getting to the valet was a 30 minute wait and then another 20 minutes to check in. It would be helpful if they would let us fill out the forms we needed to check in in advance. There are several steps to the front entrance and no valet service. This was a challenge for us older ladies, but found many wonderful people willing to help us out.

Perfect Gateaway

My family and I absolutely absolutely loved this property. The views from this house are to die for. Mona was an excellent host made the check in so easy and we had everything we needed including beach chairs extra towels. We absolutely loved this property and I would recommend it to all my friends. Thank you Mona for making our stay perfect!!!

A beautiful mid-October escape.

A clean and a freshly renewed appartment. Two comfy twin beds in a bedroom, a very comfy leather sofa (I even slept on it) and a recliner-transformer (leather too; it was our additional bed) in a living room made our 4 nights long stay very pleasant. A small but fully furnished kitchenette gave me an opportunity to make breakfasts and lunches/dinners almost every day. Mona (the host) gets the highest rating as she managed to push our check in for 2 hours earlier (Thanks again!). She was very kind and it was a pleasure to meet her, talk to her!
