Find relaxation in the desert at Desert Mountain View Escape, a 7BR/3BA retreat in the peaceful Sky Valley area. Paradise awaits in your secluded backyard, complete with a sparkling pool, hot tub, and views of surrounding mountains. On starry nights, enjoy a wood-burning fireplace under the covered patio.

An open, single-story floor plan features inviting social spaces, including a game room with a pool table. Stylish decor, hardwood floors, and an updated kitchen add to the beauty of the dreamy vacation home.
To enter the property, a 4 digit gate code will be provided with your check info, along with a 4 digit door code specific to your group. To exit the property, there is a button on a black pole half way down the driveway. Wait for gate to fully open before going through, and do not stop or park where the gate slides, as it is set close automatically after 3 minutes.

POOL|SPA:
Pool: $100/daily fee (to include spa) to 82 degrees. (More heat is an additional fee)
Spa only: $35/daily fee to 102 degrees.


**Pool heating is not needed in summer months. Pool heating is available all year and usually recommended mid September to mid June.

Please note that this property gets weekly pool service on Tuesdays and Fridays.

**Scheduled trash pickups are on Thursdays**

NOTE: Please do not have any packages mailed to the home. We do not have access to owner mailboxes. We cannot be held responsible for any packages that arrive to the home.

For all string lights, the remote is near the outdoor fire pit.

PETS:
Pets are allowed, as we are pet lovers as well. Please let us know in advance, if you need any special accommodations. $200 pet deposit is required and if no mess is left behind, $150 is refunded to your credit card and $50 goes towards your pet`s stay. Please let us know you are bringing a pet/pets in advance.

CHILD TRAVEL ITEMS:
Being a small family business, we love hosting and accommodating all of our guests, especially our younger ones! We do provide a pack and play and a high chair, complimentary for our little guests with a 24 hour advanced notice. For any other items such as strollers, car seats, children toys or anything along those lines, we have partnered with a local vendor that can be of assistance. Please reach out to our team for details. Please note: Fees will apply for those items. Payable directly to the vendor.

EARLY CHECK-IN/LATE CHECK-OUT REQUESTS:
If you need special accommodations with early check-in/late check-out, we will gladly help UPON AVAILABILITY. Early check-in fee is $75, payment has to be provided upon request. Late check-out requests are not easily attainable as our staff needs to properly sanitize and clean before the next guests arrive. In the event we do not have a reservation following yours, we will gladly accommodate for a $75 fee and move our cleaning crew to a later schedule or help you extend for the day or night at a special rate.

LIVING AREAS:
Gather for quality time in the main living area, furnished with a sofa and loveseat. A new 65` TV allows you to stay up to date on your favorite shows. Two arm chairs and a collection of books create a quiet reading area.

A pool table in the light-filled second living room offers hours of group fun. Large windows provide excellent views of the mountains. Set up a board game from the provided game collection.

KITCHEN & DINING:
Freshly updated with granite countertops and all new cabinetry, the modern kitchen is sure to please home chefs. High-end stainless steel appliances include a French door refrigerator and double ovens. The large island offers ample preparation space and seating for 3.

Serve sunlit morning meals in the breakfast nook or enjoy elegant dinners around the dining area.

Kick back in chaise lounges or relax on the daybed by the pool. You can also rest in the shade on comfy seating under the covered patio. Barbecue tasty meals on the gas grill and dine at the outdoor table. A wood-burning fireplace adds to the ambiance.

Located just 17 miles from Downtown Palm Springs, you`ll enjoy quiet privacy with easy access to the top attractions including the art museum, the Moorten Botanical Garden, and the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway.

**If you are traveling without a vehicle or need transportation, please let us know. This home is remote, but we are connected with local transportation companies and are happy to share the information. Uber, Lyft, and taxis do service the areas, but if not available, we have further local businesses**

Per county regulations, QUIET HOURS after 10pm apply outdoors and is strictly enforced. During daytime please limit music to cell phone levels or use of provided speaker. No other speakers. Please enjoy responsibly and respect the neighbors and neighborhood that welcomes you. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

CHECKOUT DUTIES: if you could kindly start a load of pool towels in washing machine, put your trash in the trash bins outside and start the dishwasher. Thank you so much.

FESTIVALS:
Please note for the right group we are willing to give a special discount for Coachella and Stagecoach. Referrals and repeated guests will be rewarded with 5-10% discount, depending on the time of the year. All festival bookings are non-refundable with additional deposit requirement. Regular noise ordinance is in effect.

I Understand that landlord, its Officials, directors, agents, employees, volunteers and Representatives (collectively, “landlord”) retain the right To restrict access to the pool for the failure of any person to comply with the Pool rules. WARNING! THERE ARE OBVIOUS KNOWN DANGERS INHERENT IS SWIMMING ACTIVITIES. FOR EXAMPLE: PHYSICAL INJURY, AND IN SOME CASES, DEATH. I.
