This newly renovated 1920s Catalina three-story vacation home has 3 bedrooms and 3 baths and is located on the desirable Middle Terrace area of Avalon. It has incredible panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean and all Avalon’s major landmarks including the Casino, The Green Pleasure Pier, Holly Hill House, Chimes Tower, and Front Street. The beautiful hillsides of Catalina are visible from every room of this amazing home.

The main level of the house features a large open living space, inviting family room with fireplace, and a large wall-mounted flat screen TV. There is an open living room with comfortable seating and large dining area. The interior is light and bright with floor to ceiling windows to capture the remarkable views. The beautiful balcony with comfortable seating is perfect for lounging and relaxing.

The home has a fully-stocked gourmet kitchen with top-of-the-line appliances, and everything else you need to create meals. There is a garage with kitchen entrance, guest bathroom, a spiral staircase leading to the loft-style third bedroom, with King size bed and great views.

The lower level contains guest bedroom with Queen size bed, guest bathroom, original built-ins & cedar lined closet. Master bedroom includes King size bed, sitting area, walk-in closet, and a beautiful master bath with a luxurious spa tub, walk-in jetted shower and dual sink. French doors lead to a romantic balcony with overhead heaters and glass railings for private time.

Additional amenities include private garage with golf cart, wireless internet, air conditioning, and laundry room. This home is just a great place for you to enjoy a simple, amenity-filled getaway so you can spend your time relaxing, recharging, and reconnecting. Whether you stay home, or take advantage of the many island adventures that showcase the beauty, diversity and history of Catalina Island, you will be glad you chose this very special vacation home.

The home is located in a quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. No outdoor music, over occupancy, and/or parties allowed. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before booking.

No smoking is allowed inside or outside the property –No pets- NO EXCEPTIONS!

Available on a nightly basis (3 night minimum, holidays and selected dates excepted; 4-night minimum mid-June through Labor Day).

QUIET HOURS: 9:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. (use of outdoor areas strictly prohibited).

Stunning view from every room. You will not be disappointed. No need to go to any of the overlooks. Wish we would have stayed longer. The use of the cart is fabulous. Manager was very kind in facilitating checkin with a family member in wheel chair. Slight smell of mildew but nothing to complain about.

The Perfect Family Getaway

This property boasts the best scenic views, is well-maintained, very clean, has comfortable beds, nice furniture, and is probably stocked better than any other VRBO we've ever stayed in. You can tell the owner takes pride in their property.

The pictures on the website doesn’t do this house justice!! Everything was so intentional from the decorations to the furniture placement to the small things like the iron board cubby and the labels on light switches! Whoever did the setup for this home was dishing out pure perfection and created an experience!

Breathtaking Views

The moment we walked into the home we were met with breathtaking views. We have rented numerous properties throughout our 30 years of visiting Catalina and this was by far the best place we’ve stayed. Every room has view of the ocean and although we normally spend time exploring the island we were content to just sit back and enjoy the view. The house is spacious and beautifully appointed, with everything provided for an enjoyable stay. There are permanent tenants on the separate first floor, but except for a little music one evening, they were relatively quiet. The property does provide a golf cart which only seats 4, however it is within walking distance (stairs included) so we didn’t find that an issue. Overall a fantastic stay and we look forward to returning.

Absolutely Amazing!

The photos don't even do it justice. This place was incredible! The views from the floor to ceiling windows in the living area and master bedroom were breathtaking. The outdoor space was perfect. The property was fully stocked and beautifully decorated. I hope to go back some day.

The house was spotless. Beautifully decorated. Everything you would need in a kitchen . The only thing that should be included in the listing is that the 3rd bedroom is up a small spiral staircase. It was fine for us but may not be if someone has mobility issues. I would highly recommend this house .

Amazing Views

This is a beautiful home! There were 5 in our party (2 couples and a single) and we all had our own space. Kitchen had everything needed and it was beautifully cleaned. Golf cart was a huge plus because of location though the stairs were direct access to the beach and doughnut shop. We absolutely loved being able to sit at the house and take in the views of the bay!

This property couldn’t be more perfect!!! The views and beauty of unit and comfort and amenities made you not want to leave!!! Why leave when you have the best view on the island??!!!! The most extravagant master bath I have ever stayed in! Water pressure can’t be beat! Decorations of property are so beautiful! So well appointed with everything you need! We hope we can come next year to this incredible home in Avalon! Loved the golf cart too!!! Thank you for sharing your piece of paradise with us!!! We will never forget it!!

Unbelievable Views

The place is modern, gorgeous and comfortable. We stayed when it was pouring rain and could not have had a better time. Each room is better than the next and the kitchen was fully stocked. The fireplace does not work, but when we brought that to the attention of the management company, they replied immediately and we were well taken care of. Would definitely recommend!

Time to celebrate our mama

This was the perfect house to give us the peace and solitude we need after we had our mamas ashes scattered in a wonderful burial at sea ceremony. Being able to look at the sea in the beautiful floor to ceiling windows helped us reflect in the impact our mama had on us. Thank you again for opening your home to us.

Roomy to be in one room (8 of us) and enjoy each other, play games.

Beautiful views. The steps down to the main street was convenient for those who love to get a little exercise. The stairs back up is fine if you are used to walking/climbing hills. The golf cart was helpful for luggage and those who did not want to walk. Not sure if it was the tenant below(sherriff ??). We took the cart to refill the gas and it was full or maybe it does not use much gas, not sure---we did not use the cart alot. But Thank You.

Absolutely wonderful property

The owners of the home have taken considerable effort to create a wonderful vacation environment. The view is spectacular and we had nothing but praise from our family members about the decor. Having the older generation stay in the loft and the younger family members downstairs was ideal for our group. We would stay there again in a heartbeat and hope that the owners will continue to provide their home for clients to rent. Thank you so much!
