Inside this warm and very inviting home, you'll find a well-equipped, full kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar, an adjacent dining table for four for meals or family game nights, and a combined living and sleeping area with a flatscreen TV, PS3, media library, and various streaming services to keep everyone entertained. Outside, step into a lush, enclosed back yard complete with a table and chairs for al fresco dining and multiple seating areas for relaxing afternoons. If you want to get out and move around, this home is right on the South Campus, close to sports courts and fields as well as restaurants, a bakery, and a great ice cream spot - all within walking distance!

Love the Potter House

We have stayed here a number of times and enjoy it very much. It has all of the amenities that we could ask for and is very spacious. We'll definitely stay here again

We had a lovely stay at this property during our weekend wedding trip. The space was impeccably clean, well-maintained, and the host was responsive and welcoming. The location worked perfectly for our needs, and we appreciated all the thoughtful touches throughout.However, I do want to note for future guests that the layout didn’t quite match the listing description. While advertised as a 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom entire home, we discovered that one “bedroom” was actually set up in the main living area. Additionally, there was a “baby gate” set up at the bottom of the stairs, making it clear we were not able to access the upstairs of the house.The space itself is beautiful and comfortable - just want other travelers to have accurate expectations about the layout and privacy. We’d still recommend it for travelers who don’t mind a more open floor plan.

Great location/cozy house

Great house, close to campus. Driveway parking. Comfy beds. Great kitchen. Beautiful yard. We will come back when we visit our college kids.

Wonderful little oasis in perfect location

Very clean and quaint home in a great neighborhood . The kitchen had all the necessary supplies to cook, bathroom was clean with plenty of towels, spacious dinning area by the kitchen,and the beds are very comfortable. The patio and enclosed porch provide a fantastic, beautiful , private outdoor space. I highly recommend this home

Love the Potter House

This is the second time that we’ve stayed here and definitely will not be the last! It’s a very spacious home on a beautiful property in a quiet and pretty neighborhood. It has all of the conveniences you could imagine. Within walking distance to restaurants and very conveniently located in town

Lovely home

Loved the location of this home as we were in town to attend the US championship for track and field. Definitely a nice quiet neighborhood and the home was so cozy and accommodating. Everything with booking and checking in was perfect and would definitely recommend to others. The only negative was the small driveway but we had a small rental car and it worked out.

quiet garden home near U of O campus

This was the perfect location for our visit to Eugene and the University of Oregon campus. We walked around the old campus and cemetery with our dog. Oh and the garden was amazing; so shady and cool with imaculate cared for flowers.

Great Quiet Eugene location

The property was easy to get to. It was right by the UO and parking was easy. The place was comfortable and had everything we needed. Lovely outdoor spaces to chill in during downtime—but who has much downtime in Eugene. There are too many fun things to do.

Incredible! Great kitschy house.

Beautiful property. So many kitchen utensils. A foodie paradise. Beds were awesome. Right there next to UofO and downtown. Could not have picked a better spot.

The property was very nice, newer construction in a new neighborhood. Very spacious with lots of storage. The neighborhood was quiet at night and enjoyable to walk. The dishwasher was non-functional so we could not start the dishwasher as we checked out. Will definitely stay here again if the opportunity presents itself

Great location for visiting U of O

We arrived to a quiet central heater set at a cozy 65 degrees. The neighborhood seemed nice and safe. Plenty of space for four with two large, comfy beds (nice pillows, clean sheets). Walked .8 miles to campus for the campus tour. Shower worked. Decor was fine. Bought groceries for breakfast. Our family of four was happy with this visit. Looked like we could bring our small dog next time. Thank you, Vacasa!

Great location, near Oregon campus

I picked this property for the location and that we could bring our dogs. House was as described in pictures. I wish I would have realized that a bed was in the living room and no couch was available. No lighting in the living room, except the bed side lamps. House is older but clean. A little odd that the upstairs isn't blocked off by a door. Didn't use the washer / dryer. Worked for 3 of us but would find another property next time with 2 true bedrooms.

Our stay at Potter House

The house is just charming, and the gardens are beautiful! All in all a wonderful stay in a beautiful neighborhood. Our only complaint was that there was only a tiny coffee maker, and there were three of us! I would recommend getting a large coffeemaker!! The only other thing that was a problem was the alarm. When we got in the house, we couldn’t find the alarm panel for a while and caused the alarm to go off. It’s extraordinarily loud and disconcerting. It also was hard to find the off button, which is simply the number one. So we would recommend giving the code followed by the number one! Otherwise, it is a great place and we would recommend it to anybody.

Cute house in historic section of Eugene

Very cute exterior with mature landscaping and trees. A well-equipped kitchen and nicely appointed furnishings, towels, etc. you'd expect. The "Enclosed Backyard" is a delight, so lush and verdant as advertised. There's even a small dog-friendly ramp! Unfortunately, there is a hole in the fence and my dog got out. We were so lucky a nearby neighbor saw them and rescued them or we would have lost them for good to mishap or injury. It's a 2 story house, the owners have 'blocked' off the upstairs and converted the living room into a bedroom. While it works, it's a bit awkward as there's no couch so everyone ends up sitting on the bed. Fortunately, it didn't appear to be a 'shared' space as it was unoccupied. You can't beat the location, close to everything, a mere 5 - 10 minute drive.

Nice place with some exceptions

Nice place. Liked the kitchen area. Not my style for decoration and layout of the home but it worked. They claim there was a dryer but there is not. There is only one machine and the exhaust vent was plugged so not sure why they think there is a dryer in the home. I went back and forth with the rental company. Anyway, maybe there is such a thing as a vent less all in one washer/ dryer but it sure was not easy to use or understand. Besides that the bed smelled a bit like a dog and that isn't fun to sleep in. I realize I rented a home that is pet friendly and it was clean but I will not do that again. The alarm system is a pain to deal with. You have about 20 seconds once you get in the home to shut it off. And the instructions provided are not really that great. The lights are off and I needed my glasses to see the keyboard which I didn't have. And boom the alarm goes off and my ears still ache from it. The backyard could be very nice if they kept up the landscaping. A serious trimming of the shrubs is needed. The driveway is very narrow with shrubs over growing onto it and your door gets scratched up everytime you open it. The kitchen was pretty good. All mix and match plates and dishes though. We tried the PlayStation but it was a convoluted mess of steps to get things to work and the games were not that interesting so my son ended up just using our cell phone during some downtimes. Nice and quiet neighborhood. No issues with the noise etc
