We had an amazing view. The condo was beyond well stocked! The outdoor pool was not very clean, but that was due to negligent guests it seemed rather than lack of effort by maintenance. Breakfast was delicious. We all hada great experience. Definitely did not want to leave!

We really enjoyed our stay overall. The property was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. The only downsides were that the shower curtain in the master bathroom had visible mold on it and we were initially given the wrong code for the parking deck, causing some inconvenience when we arrived. Other than those issues, we had a pleasant stay and appreciate the hospitality.

Nice,clean and didn’t have to wait for elevators. Just used the stairs. Only real negative were the cockroaches on the back walk to the beach. One pool was great and the other had clumps of hair in it floating around.

Wonderful resort and location with spectacular views! The room was perfect except one broken toilet handle but there was 3 bathrooms so it was one small issue that didn't amount to much trouble. Condo was perfectly placed and if we could have changed any feature at all it would be the elevators was a little crowded and slow but other then that it was absolutely perfect!! Small imperfections which was not that impacting considering the greatness of the rest. Friendly staff and well maintained facility over all. Thank you.

clean room, lots of amenities, on 3rd floor so could take the stairs if needed, walking across to parking garage was not an issue, pools nice size and hot tub nice size, condo had everything that was needed, liked the donation box of beach items

We enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect. The garage parking was easy. Everything was very organized. I like the walkway across from the garage to the building. Good security. The pool was ice cold. Too cold for me to get in. Wish it was heated. No one was swimming but 2 young children. Lounge chairs were very clean and comfortable. I like being contacted before we came by email and different times giving us information. Being on the 3rd floor was very convenient. Good view. Elevator was fast. No waiting We will be back.

Perfect place!

The condo was big & roomy for our big family. It had everything we needed. It was super clean. The beds were amazing. We all agreed we have never stayed anywhere that had such comfortable beds. The view was spectacular. I was worried about the elevators after reading about the elevators at Tidewater, but we had no issues at all & it was spring break. I will definitely be staying in 314 again.

Family time

Nice condo, only complaint is elevator are horrible and no room for canopy on beach, canopy only allowed in small area on beach, umbrellas are permitted but not canopies, we enjoyed our stay

Enjoyed our stay!

Liked staying on the 3rd floor! Sometimes the elevators are an issue at this condo. This unit had everything we needed. Loved the Keurig! Not so much the Velcro appliance handle covers. The beds were comfy. The outdoor furniture was very limited (2 plastic chairs) and cheap. Overall it was nice.

Great View

Pros: great view, nice room, great location Cons: room door didn’t lock from inside and my 2yr old grand baby got out twice, elevators were terrible and half were not working, parking was difficult to find when the place is full and staff was asked about parking and he just went in and sat down and didn’t bother to help.

Tidewater 314

We found that the listing and description were very accurate and true. All of the staff at Tidewater is very helpful and friendly. The condo is up to date and nicely stocked. We alternated meals in and out during our stay and everything we needed was there and in great condition. The view is perfect for those that want to sit on the balcony and take in the sunrise, beach activity or sunset. We would definitely go back to #314.

5 day stay

Was not pleased that the bedrooms were by the street. Lots of noise from cars and hall traffic. Cannot put your blankets and beach equipment on the area in front of the hotel making it difficult with small children. Cleanliness was a 7 out of 10. No closey space so suitcase had to sit out in the bathroom
